Sick job with the pull ups
 
Thanks bros! Those pull ups took a lot out of me so the weight on the other lifts was a bit down but I left feeling incredibly pumped. Muscles in my arms feel like they are ripping through my skin! I get off on that feeling. ;-)

Chest/cardio. Woke up straight wrecked. Back and biceps were more sore then I've felt them in a very long time. It felt good but I was afraid it was going to effect my numbers today. Absolutely not the case! Strength was up and even hit a PR on chest press. Pump was incredible and I was feeling shredded. Weight was down another half pound today with strength continuing to climb. Safe to say the 3.5 lbs I'm down in the last 2 weeks is all unneeded weight! This stack is working exactly how I hoped it would in this cut portion of the cycle!

What's the difference between the wide press? Or are you just change position of your arms/hands?

Shows that lifting is the part to get the results.... Diet is a prominent factor, well for some anyways.
 
Going to start off going for +60 on pull ups! Yea buddy! So anxious to get out of work! 3 and a half hours and I got a 3 day break from this place!! :-)

I remember the first time I did 60kg on pull ups. I only managed a couple of reps though.

I was 80kg when I did it.

I knew it was lbs, I was just teasing you. I am tempted to chase down a single + bodyweight pull up but going through a heavy mesocycle on pull ups leaves me upper body feeling like I am getting systemic tendonitis lol.

yes. 60kgs is like 100ish lbs i think if my memory serves me correctly on conversion. thats a rediculous pull up. holy f*ck! 60lbs is legit but kgs is just freak status.

Yesterday was a blast! Had my youngest sons fourth bday party at chuck e cheese and to say the least diet was a bit off for the day. Indulged in there disgusting pizza (first time having pizza in almost a year). Also had a few drinks and cake to cap it off. The boys had a blast and my fiance and I did too. One of the rare family days for a working man.

With that being said I thought I would wake up feeling all kinds of bloated..... NOPE. Still see my lower ab definition and really doesn't look like the fat and carbs touched me! This stack is insane when used right. I will just call that my carb up! :-) I may go in and crush legs and do some tricep work to get a good pump. I've never done triceps without another upper body part so it would be really fun to give max effort on them.

The key here is that "You" my friend are doing everything right. None of this comes together if pieces are missing. So when all the parts are there...MONEY!! The best part is that you now have a routine going and when the supper supps come marching in it's all ready in place and waiting for the kickoff.

Nice to see you had a good time at your little man's Birthday party. Every minute counts with them LTL. My boy is pretty much out on his own now and it's a love/hate feeling. You love the fact that you did a good job preparing them to get there and you hate to see them go. Raising good children is,in my mind,the true example of being a good man. Sorry about the mushy stuff bubba.

Gotta have those days every once in a while. My son will be 2 in December and my wife's already planning his birthday party. Crazy how fast they grow.

I agree completely AZ! Supplements aren't miracle workers. It takes hard work and discipline no matter what you are taking.

Family is what keeps me going man. I try to spend as much time with them as possible but no one survives without money so work takes a lot of my time. Guess it just makes each moment worth that much more when you do see them.

Yep they are up from last week. Doing legs twice a week his helping I think. Also doing them barbell is making it way easier to keep form correct. Thanks for the advice bro.

Nope just the 4S. I'm not due up for an upgrade and I'm not spending a ridiculous amount on a phone.
Agmatine is what keeps me pretty vascular, GDA's do as well but I'm currently cycling off them so I think the agmatine with Epro is helping keep me vascular. Not too mention the lower bf really makes a difference. I think I'm atleast 1.5 percent lower right now then when I started but I hate to give a guess on bf.
