Coleus Forskohlii + ERASE = Good idea or Bad?

Im taking C-Bolic [TABLE="class: outer_label, width: 266"]

at the moment, 50mg a day..

I got a bottle of ERASE sitting around and wondering if stacking it would be ok?

I read Forskohlii is somewhat of a diuretic and so is Erase..

another question is, taking 50mg enough or should I up my dosage on the C-Bolic?

The diuretic effects of the two are not related. I would only recommend taking Erase with 95% forskolin, so yes that would be a good combo. I dislike the 20% stuff.

The diuretic effects of forskolin are from the increase in cAMP causing more water pushed into your excretory systems than normal
 
As natty said, they are unrelated and not exactly potent diuretics so combining them not will pose a health risk.

what are yall thoughts on Forskolin?

& how would u dose the 2? take em together?

God foskolin is pricey though. Definitely good though. I found that for me the dose that works costed a little more than $45 a month. And couldn't justify keeping it in the line up. :(.

Forskolin is normally taken 20 mins before food on an empty stomach. Start off slowly and only take 50mg (2 tabs) a day. The first couple of days you may find you have to stay close to a toilet after taking the tabs as it can result in some diarrhoea but this normally passes pretty quickly.

The 95% C-Bolic stuff is really good so with Erase you should have good leaning out effect.

Great choice.
Have tried a lot of different things this year.
And Erase - C-Bolic - Ursobolic are going to be my staples.
Muscle sparing fat loss and test boost / estro control.

When I took Erase solo for my first run it was very impressive.
I was about 60 lbs heavier then than I am now and I only needed 2 caps.
3 hit my joints, lolz.

AT2(old and new), Erase and Shift with an extreme change in diet helped me drop the lbs.

Glad to find products that work consistently.

I've had the same issues as you with Erase; past 2 my joints were a biatch. What I've done is take Joint Support and Fish Oil along with my Erase. So I dose 1 Erase + 3 Caps of your standard Joint Support with MSM + 3 Caps of Fish Oil. Joints have never been better.

Helps with muscle recovery too.

Yeah.

I picked up Orange Triad because of the fully dosed joint product.

Thinking of adding Erase when I cut in January.
 
Hey natty, where can I pick up 95% forskolin? C-bolic? My experiences have been perectly fine with 20 and 40%, but I'd be interested to see if 95% makes a difference.
 
That would make an awesome lean bulk/recomp stack for sure! I love coleus forskohlii when dieting!

I would like to know what color the powder is on that product. 95% is white. If the powder is white then its good to go.

95% is very hard to find and expensive. I have some though :D
