Unless you're competing, it's not the home stretch. Losing BF takes time and doesn't happen overnight. BTW, I feel really sorry for your beta receptors. How is clen not a stimulant?

i think im being accused of a quick fix here? THis has been a long hard 16 month straight with set goals and ive pretty much achieved all of them with blood sweat and tears. It is a journey not a race, i get that but this leg of the journey is coming to a conclusion, time for the next chapter and new goals

Also, and I cannot stress this enough, it takes time for the muscle to mature. I weigh roughly as much now as I did 5 years ago, but the look and shape of my muscles is completely different because of muscle maturity.
In theory, but remember that this means that you're roughly 7000kcals under maintenance to lose this much. After a few weeks of this, your thyroid starts to take a major hit and your BMR slows down. Once this happens, a cascade of nastiness occurs and LBM is lost. You really should extend this cut out to roughly the time of your bulk.
When you put on that much mass, and a lot of it was not good, maybe half of it is muscle. Your bulk was very, very dirty and I'd be surprised if you gained maybe 30 lbs of muscle out of it. Also, and I cannot stress this enough, it takes time for the muscle to mature. There is a major flaw in calipers: it does not account for subQ fat and I call BS on the 15%.
Calipers attempt to measure subcutaneous fat. They do not take visceral fat into account, though.

I can honestly say I love almost every thread edwitt has made. Hey no matter whatever choices you make in your life of working out we will all be here with you. Keep up the logging and exercising good buddy.

Ok its 6.45am Monday morning in LA and i have redeye back to NY 9.30pm gonna try and get some good cardio in today.
I most likely have some packages that arrived over weekend. Im guessing everything arrives by Friday at the latest so i need to see where i am in terms of 1RM. Next WO shud be chest, im feeling good and relaxed and ready for this cycle to commence.
Will be taking some pictures this week to commence this new cycle and to mark the end of this leg of the journey
