Unless you're competing, it's not the home stretch. Losing BF takes time and doesn't happen overnight. BTW, I feel really sorry for your beta receptors. How is clen not a stimulant?

and im taking benedryl 100mg a night

Its 13 weeks of strict clean dieting and cardio and im bridging into a Test cycle in the next couple of week so its the home stretch in that respect

Dude, you're mixing so much crap that your body is probably in WTF mode. The benardyl is not a miracle; it will help your receptors, but not spare them from damage from clen. Plus, 240mcg of clen is a monster dose and you're already aware of the T 1/2 of clen.

Your entire approach to dieting is completely off. You should use the drugs to supplement your training and eating. Instead, you're using them as the foundation of your fat loss. Clen, or any cutting agent for that matter, is not a miracle and needs to be used appropriately. Pay close attention to the word appropriately.

i think im being accused of a quick fix here? THis has been a long hard 16 month straight with set goals and ive pretty much achieved all of them with blood sweat and tears. It is a journey not a race, i get that but this leg of the journey is coming to a conclusion, time for the next chapter and new goals

Considering your radical changes to your body, I'd say you're an extremist.
 
Remember, even on AAS, your goal should be 2 lbs of fat loss per week at the most.

I realise that, I started out 232lb on this leg of my cut this is day 33 -9lb = 1.91lb per week :)

In theory, but remember that this means that you're roughly 7000kcals under maintenance to lose this much. After a few weeks of this, your thyroid starts to take a major hit and your BMR slows down. Once this happens, a cascade of nastiness occurs and LBM is lost. You really should extend this cut out to roughly the time of your bulk.

When you put on that much mass, and a lot of it was not good, maybe half of it is muscle. Your bulk was very, very dirty and I'd be surprised if you gained maybe 30 lbs of muscle out of it. Also, and I cannot stress this enough, it takes time for the muscle to mature. I weigh roughly as much now as I did 5 years ago, but the look and shape of my muscles is completely different because of muscle maturity.

this is the truth. im 10lbs heavier than i was 2 years ago but i look like a whole new person.

its not about adding weight, but adding lean muscle and allowing it to take shape and bring out definition

has to have been more than 30lb @ 232lb down from my 255lb i was the same BF% as i started @ 175 and 15%. Up until recently trying Ketosis i didnt adjust my cals kept them roughly the same but increased cardio and i have been cycling my carbs and the stims.

Anyway i am planning to start tapering down the stims and prepare for my cycle. i Want to be strong and mentally prepared for it.

Overall very happy with the results to date and i appreciate your concern and take note, i cut the GFJ
 
Whatever i add from here on out will be quality LBM, i will not allow myself to go above 12% in the future that is done with

I just want to set the record straight

I have read many of your threads and responses, I have read them all thoroughly and i find that everything you say always has merit. There is rarely a time that i dont learn something new from your comments and posts.

I realise i have taken somewhat of a more radical approach than you approve of but is with the likes of members like yourself that i have been able to progress safely (relatively) , all be it my own somewhat frantic pace.

So i would just like to say thanks for your well thought out and intelligent responses, I will endeavor to reach your same level of knowlege in time.

Why not just gain 50lb of muscle while losing 10lb of fat this year?

There is a major flaw in calipers: it does not account for subQ fat and I call BS on the 15%.
 
yea.. I realise that... I dont hold to much it that BS anyway, the mirror is my best tool in that respect.

It says good job so far, must work harder and listen to Rodja more often he knows his stuff :)

Got shoulders and biceps this morning, great pumps and arms feeling very full. Really looking fwd to seeing what 2 more weeks of VAR is going to do now that there are signs of increased strength.

Well yesterday i finally pulled the trigger an put my order in for my inj cycle, Ive made all the final tweaks and will post it up shortly. Estimated kick off May 1st so another 2-3 week of VAR to prime myself for the main event. I will drop the VAR when the epi/tren oral starts to kicks in, most likely at about day 10 of the inj cycle.

We shall name it Operation "GET SWOLE"

Update from yest. Reporting in from LA via my phone so ill keep it brief.

Ran out of Clen so done with that @ day 35 so I decided to drop the ECA and give my fried receptors some time to recover from the beat down I have given them. Only stims right now coffee. Will give full Clen review next week whrn I get back but overall good experience.

I have some Icyplex on the way iso I am gonna give recepors 2 week break then one week of icyplex, you may have to google that one. Will give profile of that next week also.

Yest hit gym @ hotel which is awesome did bis/tris VAR really kicking in, pumps were ridiculous to the point of being painful. Arms felt so full and hard, great feeling. No cardio to tired from travel

Today gonna take a stroll down to Venice beach and check out muscle beach after that should be pretty pumped and intend to get a killer leg routine in. Run on the beach later. Poolside for reat of the day ;)

Still in LA but like i said hotel has good gym. Did legs, 40mins of squats, leg presses etc and 2 hour walk along Venice Beach

Definitely reaping the rewards of my hardwork out here. Having an absolute blast. Diet has been bur i fell down hard today :), had 1/2lb burger with bacon it was delish and then had Tapas @ SLS in Beverley Hills for dinner but man was it good or what :)

Workout consisted of some light back work and no cardio, diet was back on track today. Still eating out but lots of fish and whey protein to sup. One more day here then when i back to NY will be ready to tear it up. Need to get primed and ready for upcoming cycle
 
I have to say that your drug choices are crazy, but having said that, I am totally addicted to reading your progress! Keep smashing records and defying genetics man!

Will be taking some pictures this week to commence this new cycle and to mark the end of this leg of the journey
