Well never got to set my 1RM max as gym was empty and cudnt get a spot. Actually I pushed a little to hard and nearly hsad an accident. After that I was so pissed I abandoned the bench and hit the cables with so much anger that I have no idea how many sets were done, a lot. Punished myself for my failure, the meek to not inherit the earth. Anyway an hour of drop set after drop set and I can barely move. Fucck it

Weight 223.8 Weight down 8.2lbs waist -1.9in, at a guess i must have added 2-3lbs muscle so 10-11lb of fat (1.92lb a week) in last 6 weeks all my lifts are at all time highs

So ovrerall shouldnt be disappointed but I AM

Still more to go for sure

the epi/tren/var shud make for a decent picture in 30 days time

Hey quick question for ya...I just purchased some liquid clen and plan on running for 3ish weeks... Did the clen **** with your sleep patterns, blood pressure, libido etc... Any other supps that are a must to take along with clen...Im just trying to drop 5-10lbs of fat and stay strong...Thanks for your time!

Not for me but everyone reacts differntly

Im a stim junkie and was up to 250mcg a day with little to no sides

Def should take BP supps ita a common side

so in aswer to ur question.. You wont know until ya know

Start out low 20mcg you can always take a second dose later in the day if u have the tolerance and build up from there

U ultimately want to take as much as ur body is comfortable with

If ur running for 3 weeks straight you should take benedryl of a night 100mg IMO 50mg is ok Id start day 10 for a week

Good advice Ed ;)

Also remember, that its half life is something around 36 hours, so it stays in your system for a long time and builds up. So if you dont feel anything right away, dont be quick to add a higher dose.

5g creapure

Pre shake
1 1/2 cups skim milk 1 banana 1 cup of oats 2 scoops 50g Isopure

Gym 12.30
Dedicated Back

Will be using heart rate monitor and will keep my HR @ btwn 130-150 for entire duration of WO. Have Post shake pre mixed 50g Isopure 100g Waxymiaze will be consuming it 90 minutes after commencing WO so approx 2 hours from PRE

70 mins Back 20 mins speed ball. Overall good strong WO

HR 130 -150 very easy to maintain definitely elevated above the ECA stack. Minor shakes in hands got a little light headed with the heavy deads.

Ill be sticking to 80mcg on waking up 60mcg @ noon. Seems high but I feel comfortable with the sides, Stay @ these levels til Sunday and reevaluate.

Good first impression

I'd drop the waxy maize, the milk and the banana and opt for more low glycemic options such as oats, brown rice and yams. Oats post-workout is perfectly fine and very effective.
 
LOL i may have to give that **** a shot, my stim resistence prob dates back to my abuse of other substances :)

Dude, you're mixing so much crap that your body is probably in WTF mode. The benardyl is not a miracle; it will help your receptors, but not spare them from damage from clen. Plus, 240mcg of clen is a monster dose and you're already aware of the T 1/2 of clen.

Your entire approach to dieting is completely off. You should use the drugs to supplement your training and eating. Instead, you're using them as the foundation of your fat loss. Clen, or any cutting agent for that matter, is not a miracle and needs to be used appropriately. Pay close attention to the word appropriately.

Really cant ague with that when goal was recomp

Def have further to go re the recomp before can really get this lean bulk under way

VAR ridge, was a great idea and it got me in prime condition strength wise while aiding my continued cut/recomp. This compond definitely need to be run for 6 weeks + but its great. Definitely will be using again

Proviron 50mg great addition. Im told VAR is renound for drop in libido, not here. Has laso aided in agression which has been a nice bonus. The epi/tren in previous cycles has caused significant water retention in 1st week, Proviron keep this at bay nicely waist is 2.9in smaller this stuff has magical powers. It was an expensive addition to the cycle and at time i felt it was an excessive extravagance. Well upon review iid say its worth its weight in gold

Epi/tren bumped 50/150 mg appears to be kicking in right now, this is consistant with my prvious usage. As expected this stuff kicked arse waist - 2.9" bench up 40lb

HCG 300is every 5 days, so far so good, Tren will close me down hard if i were in PCT i would start to losse libido and strength around day 10. Clearly this should not be the case but will be moitoring that closely.. Blood to be taken 60

Diet has been perfect 7 meals 60 20 20 apetite is very strong and its good im measuring out my meals, i could eat all day long. Most of my carbs come in meals centered around training.

Training has been brutal glad the oral phase is over, gave it 110%. Ill be dropping to traditional splits and weight training 4-5 days a week.

Cardio, have been very active but no high intensity cardio as yet, stamina is high

Sleep is always a problem especially when i need to piss 5 times a night, i have ambien and Valium when necesary

Sides are so far non existant, some sweating of a night (tren) had far worse. I am expecting plenty down the road with the 2 methyls

Joints - OK
Mood - Excellent
Libidio - Most Excellent
Bloat - None
Nipple sensetivity - None

Bottom line im a lucky bugger with the sides

Got a few tricks up my sleeve if this continues this well

Im currently another 7 days into the cycle and continue to make noticable improvemnts. Im just loving life right now

Ill be trying to add a few more LBM on this final blast but the curtain is coming down on this chapter.... So round one is almost in the bag

Whats next? Well been planning it out for couple of months already and far from decided on the exact path but im gonna go for another 30lbs in the shortest time frame humanly possible.... Kick off will prob be some time in December

My GH IGF1 SLIN TRT PCT/Bridge Cycle

Last 18 months have been productive :)

PCT/Bridge 3 - 4 months


HG SLIN IGF1 Recovery Cruise
Test Cyp 200mg EW
Proviron 100mg ED pre bed


GOALS

maintain mass on igf/slin/HG PCT/Bridge cycle also help repair left shoulder now 90% normal, bring up lagging body parts (arms)

HGH
7 days a week
as Im on a pct recovery maintenance log, use 4ius gh ED before go to bed, and 6 ius on days I train back, chest and legs. do all shots intra muscular into the damaged shoulder.

IGF1
Igf bilateral 30 mcg 30 mins IM pre WO days bis/shoulders and tris/chest 120mcg total, Legs will pin calves. All pinnng will be done up and down the muscle.

SLIN
Eat half of breakfast Pre WO meal, shoot 5ius then consume 50g dextrose/glucos and creatine glutamine, protein shake. then resume, it peaks in 30 mins so I want carbs in seconds after 10 mins of shot, then shoot 5ius post training with protein, aminos, creatine and obviously 50g fast sugar.dextrose glucose.

Pre Wo Carbs total 90g Pre WO, 110g Post WO both to contain at least 50g fast acting carbs

Will be using Humalog rapid acting insulin

I have done extensive research and i am fully aware of the multiple fifferent protocols and the synergies between these compounds and AAS and this was determined to be the best protocol that suits my goals

Training
new split, body will then grow to adapt to new stress, reason iv grown off
chest,tris
back,
rest
legs
shoulders, biceps.
rest
rest

I will be increasing volume on sets but not going to failure, this ensures a full muscle and not too taxing on cns and ill need extra rest day to combat fact i cant synthesis protein as rapidly on 200mg test cyp, cortisol is more rampant off so combat by adding rest day.

Cardio 3 x 40 min steady state EW will try to do AM fasted when possible
