Hey quick question for ya...I just purchased some liquid clen and plan on running for 3ish weeks... Did the clen **** with your sleep patterns, blood pressure, libido etc... Any other supps that are a must to take along with clen...Im just trying to drop 5-10lbs of fat and stay strong...Thanks for your time!

70 mins Back 20 mins speed ball. Overall good strong WO
HR 130 -150 very easy to maintain definitely elevated above the ECA stack. Minor shakes in hands got a little light headed with the heavy deads.
Ill be sticking to 80mcg on waking up 60mcg @ noon. Seems high but I feel comfortable with the sides, Stay @ these levels til Sunday and reevaluate.

Dude, you're mixing so much crap that your body is probably in WTF mode. The benardyl is not a miracle; it will help your receptors, but not spare them from damage from clen. Plus, 240mcg of clen is a monster dose and you're already aware of the T 1/2 of clen.
Your entire approach to dieting is completely off. You should use the drugs to supplement your training and eating. Instead, you're using them as the foundation of your fat loss. Clen, or any cutting agent for that matter, is not a miracle and needs to be used appropriately. Pay close attention to the word appropriately.
Now your just being wreckless, tighten up your diet and lower the clen to a sane 100mcg, this is coming from someone who was stupid enough to try 200mcg.

Whats next? Well been planning it out for couple of months already and far from decided on the exact path but im gonna go for another 30lbs in the shortest time frame humanly possible.... Kick off will prob be some time in December
