Yea I was thinking about prop as a kick starter, that's a good idea. I only want to gain some LBM and possibly lose some body fat with minimal side effects. Besides hair loss I'm also a bit worried about losing my temper. I'm not a hot tempered person but I've bottle everything up and I'd rather not snap .
My bet: If you are normally calm, you will be calm on test too. If you are worried about hair loss due to DHT, have a look at THIS:

I called it after that, I'm going to weight in tomorrow. I think I need a deload week, not sure why I'm getting weaker but if my weight is down then obviously I'm not eating enough. If it's up or the same then it's deload time.

I would say you are getting weaker because of the bare minimum you are training. :buttkick:

lol I don't think it is that, for every compound movement I don't hit 3 or 5 reps is right bellow failure so I don't hurt myself. Same with the isolation movements if it don't hit 10 reps. My diet is absolutely crap, I don't counter calories nor do it eat on a consistent basis. Hell I'd train with you if you want to swing by NC!

Oh yea so I was at 166.4 this Saturday so I'll be deload this week, only I'll be lifting 3 days this week instead of 4.

So two more days till I lift again. I think I needed some time off, I'll be thinking of a new routine so I can add in cardio. It'll be a simple routine but I'll have to stick with it.

I used to run a lot.......And I'm pretty sure that's what led to the osteo-arthritis in my knee. Just an FYI. I'll stick with the hairygrandpa method of cardio from now on.

10 minutes bicycle/day, stationary at 140-150 HR.

That's all. I know its not enough -but I figured wanking 2x/day should count too.

lol yea running effect my joints and shin too but I need to do it at least 3-4 times a week. If I recall correctly hairygrandpa usually takes a swim to the gym when it floods, that seems like good cardio lol.

It's better then being a couch potato like me lol I went from running almost everyday to a couch potato. I definitely needed moderation.

As a couch potato you should be fatter, LOL
The ideal couch potato weights at least 220lbs. I recommend more rest. :)

I know lol I definitely gained a good % of body fat on my week off so 220lbs is an achievable goal.

So guys I'm back, everything is going great. Got a new job, got some meal prep containers, and **** gon be changing real soon. No more cuts, just maintenance or lean bulk. I'll be doing a lean bulk once I get my containers.

Actually I'll have to start my lean bulk in a month, I have a month of training in a week to do so after that it'll start.

Thanks! Until recently did I realized that what I originally wanted to do as a kid and teenager was what I wanted to do all along but I am doing something in the same line of work now.

Well I always wanted to join the military but I can't(for now) but to get my feet wet I am becoming a CO. From here on I hope to keep my **** straight and move on up the ranks and see where it takes me, plus if any other opportunities pop up.

Yea a Correctional officer and I wouldn't say that. Being a man is an achievement itself, having a family, embracing masculinity, living for the success of your kin, etc.... I haven't gotten my feet wet as a man so I wouldn't consider myself one yet but I appreciate the positive comment .

Today I got hit by pepper spray lol it's still painful.

I got hit with OC spray and then tazed by my "friends" at a party. BTW.....never go to a cops house when a bunch of other cops are there drinking.

Oh god I'm sorry for that happening, that's definitely a dick move. Those people do not deserve their badges at all, it's sickening that those people are given privileges. There needs to be a reforming of the police force nationwide to wind out people like that.
