Thanks, I'll definitely be looking forward to hitting 500(hopefully lol) near the end of my bulk. Yea it had been going smoothly, no lethargy(besides morning), pee is normal, and libido is normal! Will be looking forward to a higher dosed RAD run way in the future and looking into doing bloods for that run.

Oddly I can't and haven't been eating a ton since I've started RAD, not sure if it is just coincidental. Appetite hasn't been 100% but hunger is up. Sleep has been decent, once I'm tired I pass out then wake up around 5 hours later.

Thanks, I really didn't notice it till that leg session even though I think its been like this lol. I have 15 days left so I may just ride it out without taurine.

•I dropped to 170 this morning, I started dosing all at once since I was told RAD had a 48hour half life but I'm going to start dosing it like I was before just in case that is the case

I'll be posting up my workout after I shower but I'll be ending my cycle today and starting my pct tomorrow so this will be my last workout post. Tomorrow I'll update everything. I have both crohns and IBS, I've noted in the beginning of RAD I has a lost of appetite but I assumed it was just a coincidence. Not near the end my appetite is almost gone, my stomach is acting up and I've been getting nauseous. I definitely should have done bloods to see what was actually happening but you live and learn I guess. I'll probably save RAD for my future LGD cycle or sell it depending on if these symptoms go away. I will be going to my GI doctor and and get blood drawn due to my symptoms. These last 3 days I've noticed I didn't get any back pumps either doing squats(today) or Deadlifts (2 days ago).

Will you get a hormone panel or something more extensive? Itd be great if you got lipids.

I havent ever asked what they test for. I'm sure it won't be hormones but I'll let everyone know. I'm aware they test for inflammation and nutrient levels that crohns would effect.
 
Couldnt find tape measure at my gym so I'll do that tomorrow, 170lbs still. I didn't feel like usual this morning, a little bloated but let me know if there is any change negative or positive. I'll be doing the same from my perspective.

Also hunger is coming back, can't handle spicy food yet but I hope as soon as RAD is out of my system I'll be find.
 
So I'm back down to 166 this morning eating at 170's maintenance calories. For some reason no one can find the measuring tape at my gym so tomorrow if i don't use it I'll still be wrapping up my cycle in a small summarization.
 
Ok so the measurements aren't going to happen :( but here is a quick summarization.


-Week one:
•Jumped 10lbs right off my cut(glycogen, water, etc...)

-Week two:
•No weight gain
•increased endurance
•increased pump

-Week three:
•no weight gain

-Week four:
•Hit all my old PRs and 2 new ones
•Weight was up 5lbs on the 29th day

-Week five: Added RAD
•Fullness increase
•up 5lbs 170lbs
•increased hunger
•appetite decreased

-Week six:
•appetite decreased more
•up another 5lbs 175lbs

-Week seven:
•appetite still low
•hunger was increased
•dropped 5lbs
•stopped due to GI acting up

•As of now I'm feeling better and weight is down to 166-168, feeling bigger yet not too much fat gained(unless I'm still holding water, then I'm probably the same BP%)

•So 150 to 166 as of now so it was a good cycle, I believe for me a recomp would have been way better but I will not run either of them without blood work next time.
 
Also RAD is give me major brain fog and made it a little harder to get up, plus back pumps, slight increase bp, and that is all I noticed
