Maybe YOu ara the one who is not seeing the gains, you just posted your arms increased 1 inch, thats A LOT for 3 0 days and only 5lbs.

This is why i personally dont think the stats were that impressive. 10lbs within a week(glycogen mostly probably, this probably added the inches to everything)then no weight change at all the whole month until the last 2 days when I jumped 5lb(stomach hasn't felt right so I can't say if the weight gain was muscle or not, I might just be constipated). I've taken pictures for myself to examine and I honestly don't see any different, at the caloric surplus I'm at I should be IMO 5-8lbs heavier.

If its one or the other IMO this would be nice to try out if you haven't used RAD and/or LGD and they are less harsh with decent gainz. If you're looking just for gainz then msten(its superdrol right?)and stano would be best.
How about blast RAD for a month and bridge into your msten/stano cycle? then

I'll follow along closely and let you know, I'll most likely log whichever route I go! I've done a dmz cycle up to 60 mg before so if 10-20 mg of msten isn't worst on my health I know I can handle it. With LGD I never had a toxic feeling but with dmz the toxic feeling towards the end was overwhelming. Not to say I didn't enjoy it or use proper on cycle protocol but it was just so strong. Deff interested to see how RAD treats you.

So some odd things I've noticed
•I'm getting more thirstier than usual
•My appetite is lower then usual, past 2 days I've been low on calories and its hard to eat; also almost forgot to eat too :o
•Pee is normal color
•Saw a vein in my trap today, just putting that out there lol never saw it before.

I wish I can say, weight gain hasn't been consistent. I gained 10lbs the first week then 5 lbs the last day in the 1st month cycle of LGD. This morning I felt particularly leaner. I had a issue gaining weight(4500+cal at 160lbs)in the beginning due to LGD making me burnt calories as energy before it became muscle.

I gotcha! I'm leaning towards this stack right now but I'm gonna do some more research into msten and now possibly 1-andro, forgot all about it

Hell yea lmao! I sold one to a close buddy and ended up keeping two bottles. I really want to use them but I have a hard time deciding my cycle. I take a lot of variables and research into them versus how I did my last cycle. I just said screw it lets go and got meaty lol

Have u had any bloods done recently cj? I ran lgd at 4, 8, 12, and 16mg and my lipids were fubar as a result...there was also a short period of trest in there which may have had an impact, too.

My cycle was actually supposed to go for another 2 weeks, but I stopped it short due to feeling crappy...did post cycle bloods on monday just been and started pct that nite...test 800+ down to 17...hdl halved...ldl doubled...again, just how much an influence trest had on these values I cant say for sure.

No I haven't but I know I should, not sure how I'd go about it either. How much do bloods usually cost? I doubt I will after this cycle but in the future I definitely will.

Have you been taking a decent amount of fish oil? I certainly dont want to sound alarmist, your lipid values may be totally fine.

I don't have any staple supplements as of now but I can, I have a little less then a month left but I can still get some. Any signs of bad lipid values that I should look for?

Typically no outward signs which is why bloodwork can be important.

Usually things go back to normal within a month or two post cycle, but it's good to check so u can watch diet, add extra fish oil, etc.
 
If you are worried about your lipid values, I would suggest adding or increasing:

- Garlic extract
- Coenzyme Q10
- Policosanol
- Soluble fiber
- Omega-3 fatty acids
 
For me, when my lipids get drastically out of whack, my CV system takes a big hit...palpatations, out of breath...this could be utterly unique to me, and ultimately of no concern to others, but I mention it as something to keep in the back of your mind especially considering the high doses.

Yip, Ive repeatedly found omega3 and coq10 to be very beneficial and very quickly too.
 
Or you can get some gw1516. It's amazing for lipids

•Also sleep is exactly how Dma said it was, its just passing out then waking up. Haven't had a dream these past days. Also I'm waking up starving and dehydrated, I feel ever since I added RAD that I get more thirsty and that there is a diuretic effect from it.

As kb said, bloods would be ideal but failing that making sure you have sufficient omega3 in your diet will, in my experience at least, go a long way to if not alleviate symptoms, then minimising their magnitude.

I actually found some that I've had lol also I get allergies in fall plus have cats so I'm not even going to worry. I'll take my vitamins and see how it goes. Also I forgot that I video taped a little today. Invalid Link Removed

Interested to see how the test treats you. I've been checking in occasionally :)

I traded the trest for RAD, I didn't feel like losing my hair yet lol I'm extremely prone to hair loss. RAD is going well though, lethargy I think is starting up; getting up is a real bitch in the morning lol. Libido though for some reason is crazy.

LMFAOOO I JUST CRACKED THE **** UP! Lol 130 hours! I was just going to state that I'll be trying g to incorporate 2 types of rest pause training with a lower/push/pull split. Man I feel RAD has been giving me brain fog lol.
 
CJNator, I saw all your videos. What really amazes me, you don't use power straps. Those deadlifts with 3 plates on each side- and pull ups with 1 plate would be impossible for me without straps.
Your strength - Body weight ratio is unbelievable too.

Thanks! I've always tried not to use straps or a belt in order to increase forearm and core strength(without secondary work).

How's libido thus far, on my osta/LGD run libido remained high
 
I'm with you there, libido is either normal or high. I did recall in the first month a dip in my libido but I can only assume it was mostly due to other things too besides LGD.

Thanks, I'll definitely be looking forward to hitting 500(hopefully lol) near the end of my bulk. Yea it had been going smoothly, no lethargy(besides morning), pee is normal, and libido is normal! Will be looking forward to a higher dosed RAD run way in the future and looking into doing bloods for that run.
