Thanks man! Would you recommend me staying at 4000 till next week or jump to 4500 now? Not gaining weight is annoying the hell out of me lol.

That sounds like a challenge lol idk if my stomach can handle that jump but I'll up it to 4500 for 2-3 days then 5000. I feel like I'm doing something wrong counting wise but I'm not sure what it would be lol I think I'll up it to 4500 starting tonight.

Finishing up the night with a peanut butter sandwich and pasta, not counting them but I know its about 800+ calories.
 
Naaaa man it's just that nutrient partitioning in full effect. Surprisingly, at least for me, SARMs have worked better in this area than ph's.

Really? I'm not feeling like I'm not making any gainz besides strength gainz but its only been almost a month. I know RAD will be crazy if LGD is really this good at nutrient partitioning. I hope I start seeing some change in body composition besides the first 10lb gain within the first week.
 
Remind me your macros at those cals

I don't have a set macros for bulking, I find it easier to just count calories but I notice my carbs are usually high (between 200-350), my protein and fat usually are around the same(around 120-150 I would like to say).

Somehow I gained 10lbs within the first week somehow, maybe that would be my range. sanmarino what your take on this situation? Your pm was full.
 
Maybe the term "nutrient partitioning" isn't appropriate. I mean it in the sense that on anabolics the calories, and carbs in particular, get shuttled through the body and metabolized at a much higher rate with no effect on body composition. On cycle I can eat 4500 calories a day and not even budge the scale, but I eat 4500 not on cycle and I'll get straight fat. The body is just burning through it so much more efficiently.

Concerning LGD? The 10lbs gaining in one week could result in glycogen retention of an anabolic/androgenic substance like LGD. You should have looked fuller and "pumped".

Besides those 10lbs, I haven't gained one pound within this month going from 2800-4500 calories. Dma was saying that LGD is making my body burn up the calories so I can't gain any weight. If/Since this is the case, what would you recommend I do? In a couple of days I'll be on RAD and 12mg of LGD.
 
No he's saying that the body when on anabolics is using more nutrients and using them more efficiently , you need to up protein . Try that at your current calories and see where you are in a week

Right. Your body just does a better job at using the calories converting them to energy, instead of storing them as fat or muscle.

I'm assuming your thyroid levels are still good? There are some possibilities to try:
- do more cardio: cardio will increase your appetite. With higher appetite you are able to eat more. In the morning would be a optimal time. If that doesn't work (work, school, whatever) do longer cardio or with higher intensity.
- your protein and possible creatine values (we don't know if the creatine synthesis is going to be improved) should be higher than normal. Don't forget that.
- you are on a critical level (rien ne va plus, nothing works anymore): you are using already a longer time period LGD and "forcing" your body to build up more.
If that's the case, you should now realize, that LGD cannot be taken for a very long time with expecations from gaining more and more. The curve raises fast, but decreases also rapidly. I also noticed a "drop" of utility after the 7th or 8th week on LGD. That was the best time to finish the cycle and try to keep the gains.
If that's not the case: don't worry. You are forcing your body to build up more muscle mass, that process takes its time. Train hard, eat well, sleep well and everything goes in the right way.

But the main requirement is that your stuff is legit (if OL UK, then you are on the safer side).

Yup, 2nd month of LGD I'll be throw in RAD for a month so in 3 days. I guess I'll start eating a lot more peanut butter(my drug of choice ;)). I can eat more but I think I was focusing more on counting then actually eating. I'll start snacking a ton more too. Thanks for the input!

Oh ok, I'll try just over eating on protein; I think I focus more on eating what I count then actually eat but now I know gaining fat is going to be hard I'm going all in lol.

Possibly yet I honestly doubt Xcels LGD had any in it. I'd say IMO the only legit ones I used were PNs and C&Ps. Yet C&Ps or Xcels didn't feel like how I feel now on LGD. I had 2 or 3 months in between the LGDs but I guess it's possible to maybe build one just by using it.

I was just thinking if LGD was less effective would I actually be gaining weight and fat?

•I could have swore I posted this up but I'm 166, I've been 5lb since yesterday, I'm not going to update pictures since body composition hasn't changed.
 
•Guys I've been thinking and I'm ending this cycle after RAD. Im going to bump up LGD to 16 with RAD, stay at my calories and macros, and let RAD plus LGD do their thing. I'll probably be selling off LGD or save it for a future run at a low dose, maybe a recomp right before I cut. I believe this run would have been better at a lower calories surplus in terms of general composition.
 
Do you have any dermacrine or something for the lethargy and if you get any lower libido? Save the LGD don't sell it. You'll want it someday.
 
That true I probably will save it and I'm not worried about a lower libido, RAD will be the main cause of lethargy but that can't be helped.
 
Maybe YOu ara the one who is not seeing the gains, you just posted your arms increased 1 inch, thats A LOT for 3 0 days and only 5lbs.
