Naaaa man it's just that nutrient partitioning in full effect. Surprisingly, at least for me, SARMs have worked better in this area than ph's.

Maybe the term "nutrient partitioning" isn't appropriate. I mean it in the sense that on anabolics the calories, and carbs in particular, get shuttled through the body and metabolized at a much higher rate with no effect on body composition. On cycle I can eat 4500 calories a day and not even budge the scale, but I eat 4500 not on cycle and I'll get straight fat. The body is just burning through it so much more efficiently.
Damn so I guess I'll be eating more but what else would you recommend I do?

Concerning LGD? The 10lbs gaining in one week could result in glycogen retention of an anabolic/androgenic substance like LGD. You should have looked fuller and "pumped".
No he's saying that the body when on anabolics is using more nutrients and using them more efficiently , you need to up protein . Try that at your current calories and see where you are in a week
I never had such a bump in one week and a stagnation for other weeks.
Dma may be right, taking an compound like LGD may cause some troube despite higher calories.
I'm assuming your thyroid levels are still good? There are some possibilities to try:
- do more cardio: cardio will increase your appetite. With higher appetite you are able to eat more. In the morning would be a optimal time. If that doesn't work (work, school, whatever) do longer cardio or with higher intensity.
- your protein and possible creatine values (we don't know if the creatine synthesis is going to be improved) should be higher than normal. Don't forget that.
- you are on a critical level (rien ne va plus, nothing works anymore): you are using already a longer time period LGD and "forcing" your body to build up more.
If that's the case, you should now realize, that LGD cannot be taken for a very long time with expecations from gaining more and more. The curve raises fast, but decreases also rapidly. I also noticed a "drop" of utility after the 7th or 8th week on LGD. That was the best time to finish the cycle and try to keep the gains.
If that's not the case: don't worry. You are forcing your body to build up more muscle mass, that process takes its time. Train hard, eat well, sleep well and everything goes in the right way.
But the main requirement is that your stuff is legit (if OL UK, then you are on the safer side).

Right. Your body just does a better job at using the calories converting them to energy, instead of storing them as fat or muscle.

Thanks man! I'm just waiting to start up RAD in 2 days and do Deadlifts tomorrow! Going to change up my routine to hit each body part twice a week but still do rest pause training.
