Maybe YOu ara the one who is not seeing the gains, you just posted your arms increased 1 inch, thats A LOT for 3 0 days and only 5lbs.
This is why i personally dont think the stats were that impressive. 10lbs within a week(glycogen mostly probably, this probably added the inches to everything)then no weight change at all the whole month until the last 2 days when I jumped 5lb(stomach hasn't felt right so I can't say if the weight gain was muscle or not, I might just be constipated). I've taken pictures for myself to examine and I honestly don't see any different, at the caloric surplus I'm at I should be IMO 5-8lbs heavier.
