I end up at about 30 minutes pre. I'll drink my pre before leaving the house and it's a ~12-15 minute drive to the gym. By the time I get there, get in, loosen up and start, it's about that 30 minute window.
As for AAKG, I know it's still in things, but I thought it was pretty much common knowledge that it was mostly worthless for a while, now. Agmatine and citrulline blow it out of the water.
