For those who are on a strict cutting diet, here's a way you can make your boring ass shakes way better.
2 Scoops isolate
16 oz water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 sprays of 0 calorie butter spray (you have to trust me)

Dude, I tried this shake a few days ago and have had it everyday since then. Good call on this one and thanks for sharing.
 
Sounds simple yet tasty! Think this would be a good post w/o shake cuz teh cinnamon raising insulin sensitivity?

I am going to assume you are kidding because he is completely correct. Cinnamon is a very common ingredient in nutrient partitioners. It is not near as effective as products like AP/Glycobol but works well in conjunction with vanadyl sulfate.

sorry it was a joke. cinnamon is a common ingredient in ALOT of products.

I assumed as much since you are an avid USP user like me but I figured I would make the statement for everyone's benefit since not everyone knows that.

hey man.

i grew up drinking hot chocolate with cinnamon added.
and here's what i've been doing
1 scoop of ON chocolate
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 packet purevia (stevia)
and cinnamon to taste...i load up.

its delicious
 
you put the egg in there raw??? lol.. i thought people only did that in movies not real life...
 
Im a huge fan of Cinnamon Bun ATW protein and have always added additional cinnamon to the shake...but I DEFINATELY need to try the butter spray. We swear by that stuff in our household.

My wifes banana bread + 0 calorie butter spray FTW.
