Today is day 2 of cialabol + Burn3d.
My goal is fatloss...my routine is HIIT on a nearly empty stomach (just some BCAAs preworkout) mon/wed/fri and then a fullbody workout tues/thurs (tues is bench/pullup/squat and then accessory if need be, thurs is cleans/deads/incline DB/abs). On Sat if I feel like it more cardio in the morning or an arms/abs/cleans workout.
On running days, I'm dosing 2-3 cialabol before each meal (unsure at the moment on whether to dose 2 or 3...I'm 6'0 225ish, dont know BF but somewhere north of 15%, prolly 18%).
On workout days, I'm doing 3 prebreakfast, then 4 preworkout and 4 postworkout.
I have experimented so far with the hypoglycemic effects of cialabol, as one poster commented on observing hypo effects within 10 min of dosing. I have not observed any hypo effects at all, even 20-30 minutes after dosing. I have, however, observed that I do not hold as much water with a large-carb meal. Normally my stomach bloats to hell with a carb meal (actually, any significant amount of carbs, not even a large carb-up) yet this has not happened to any significant degree yet.
Also feeling the "denser muscles" that someone posted about...they just feel harder than normal when flexed. Feels good.
