Cialabol Feedback--thread

I'm just eating a normal 40-40-20 split. Nothing special as far as what type of carbs. This product works that good. As far as my experience has gone, a cheat day or meal doesn't slow down the fat burning effects. I would like to see what a good diet plan based on cialabol would look like.

I do whole grain breads, oatmeal, SuperCarb, whole grain/wheat pasta, skim milk, raisins, and honey.
 
Im quite interested (and will be starting this tomorrow) in combining cialabol with omega's burn3d for a cut. I will report back infrequently with results.

I'm thinkin prolly 2 caps before each meal, using this solely as a nutrient partitioner, with burn3d (burned is forskolin, GTE and TTA) being used throughout the day.

I think there might be a synergy here. I found that low carbing TTA instigated the cramps, but that unless I carbed enough the DOMS woudl be insane and my muscular endurance would suffer tremendously. However, carbing "enough" to prevent nasty muscular endurance problems would put a damper on fat loss.

I'm looking to use cialabol to basically aid the TTA cycle, forcing the carbs where they need to go. Hopefully it will allow me to overall keep the carbs, and cals, lower than before.

One thing I am worried about however is hunger; TTA made my hunger go through the roof. Also I am worried about dehydration issues, as I have had kidney pains before from CEE as well from TTA (at the end of a 8 week TTA regimen).

Will keep people updated.
 
LOL Ya i intend on trying USP's new product when it comes out and I wanna try Metformin so i'm going to pick up a bunch of that and i'll compare the two for everyone.
 
Quick Update: It's now day 8 of my Cialabol trial and my weight is still on the climb. I have gained another pound since that 5 lb spike during the initial days of use. I am still looking big and full and dense...much harder than usual. Still losing weight around my waist :thumbsup: I will keep using and I am thinking of combining it with PowerFULL or the DNA, but I will probably opt for the PowerFULL since I have used it before and already know its effects...but who knows? I should be able to tell the DNA effects at this junction in time of my trial but more than likely I'll run it solo the go or two around to really "know" what's going on.

...anyway, the Cialabol definitely increases workout intensity, muscle endurance, recovery, and pump. Yesterday I did a bicep/tricep "GIGANTO" set that lasted 1 hour 10 minutes straight...NO BREAKS, except to walk from one machine or bench to the other. I wanted to do something different that would shock my muscles...this was definitely a shock considering my normal workout lasts about 30-35 minutes no matter what the body part.

Yup, muscle gain with fatloss, it's just fun lookin in them mirror every couple of days and seeing the changes. I think Cialabol+70g's Vitargo post-workout would kick some serious ass.
 
I already did! Check it out in the Synergy Muscle forum, my USP Beta-Creatine log, 25 days i was on it and toyed with the dosing. I only used 2 caps twice daily for most of it and put on 5lbs and got leaner. The more i used the more results i got.
 
I just got a couple bottles cialabol and I'm planning on dosing 14 a day with 10 p-full and camp, but I'm still not understanding the optimum dosing scheme. It looks like your suggesting a large dose pre-workout and a smaller dose after... wouldn't you wanna flip that? Also if you take a large pre-w/o dose wouldn't you go hypo while you workout?
 
Naw...that's why you eat some carbs with 15 minutes of your doses.

my dosing scheme was 4-6-4 and this worked and is still working great for me

14 is the upper limit and we priced it at $20 for that reason. The final version will last much longer and need much less capsules.

I would suggest to use it pre workout and with the meal after the postwork meal at 4 caps each dose.


Any idea when we can expect this final version to hit shelves?
 
NICE! That's what i like to hear, so is their any other changes to the formula besides having to take less caps? SO i guess that means more Luteluin

Anybody, everybody:

How many are experiencing the "loose stools"?

It's strange, I do my pre-workout dose, workout, then my post workout dose, and walk into the bathroom to calmly unload. No bad effects following this.

Is this the norm, or am I in the minority of people experiencing the potty breaks?

you take a pre workout and workout dose?
 
No, sorry... bad typing. I mean I take the pre-workout dose, then I go workout. Come home, take a post workout dose, and eat. Then off to the bathroom I go.

Not necessarily a bad thing for those who are on a schedule that allows for it.

Begining to think its the CEE at a high dose.
 
I recieved 5 bottles of Cialabol and 3 Powerful today, this is my first of 2 orders. I popped 4 PowerFull and 2 Cialabol and waited 15 minutes before eating breakfast which consisted of 3 scoops Mango AI whey isolate and 2 cups of brown rice, this must be the PowerFull but i seem to have a boosted mood, like an overall feeling of well being. This is the dosing i'll be doing:


PowerFull: 4-4-2
Cialabol: 2-4-6-2
Rem: 2 before bed
So for the Cialabol it's 2 apon waking, 4 pre-workout, 6 post-workout and 2 with my second post-workout meal. On none training days i'll dose 3-3-3-3-2 before each meal. As for the PowerFull i'll be using the same dosing schedule each day as listed above 4 apon waking with my Cialabol and 4 pre-workout with more Cialabol and then 2 before bed with 2 Rem. I can't wait to see the results of 14 Cialabol daily, i was getting awesome results at even 6-8 caps, not to mention i'm super excited to be trying out PowerFull it gets nothing my rave reviews from everyone.

My goal is fatloss...my routine is HIIT on a nearly empty stomach (just some BCAAs preworkout) mon/wed/fri and then a fullbody workout tues/thurs (tues is bench/pullup/squat and then accessory if need be, thurs is cleans/deads/incline DB/abs). On Sat if I feel like it more cardio in the morning or an arms/abs/cleans workout.

On running days, I'm dosing 2-3 cialabol before each meal (unsure at the moment on whether to dose 2 or 3...I'm 6'0 225ish, dont know BF but somewhere north of 15%, prolly 18%).

On workout days, I'm doing 3 prebreakfast, then 4 preworkout and 4 postworkout.

I have experimented so far with the hypoglycemic effects of cialabol, as one poster commented on observing hypo effects within 10 min of dosing. I have not observed any hypo effects at all, even 20-30 minutes after dosing. I have, however, observed that I do not hold as much water with a large-carb meal. Normally my stomach bloats to hell with a carb meal (actually, any significant amount of carbs, not even a large carb-up) yet this has not happened to any significant degree yet.

Also feeling the "denser muscles" that someone posted about...they just feel harder than normal when flexed. Feels good.

Will report back every-so-often.

You should have the FULL MUSCLE effect about 20 minutes after eating and should carry on for hours.

AND I"M LOVIN IT! Awesome pumps and recovery and i sleep like a baby EVERYnight, my appetite is up and i'm cutting but because Cialabol is so good at partitioning i'm eating higher carbs but still dropping fat so i'm recomping.

You know if there are any additional benefits whether the carbs are high or low glycemic?
 
I'll add my 2 cents.

Doing 3/3/3 on off days, and 3/4/4 on weight training days.

Strength has gone up MUCH faster than I thought possible. I went through a period where I was unable to train, and when I got bakc into it I had gone from 285x8 on bench to 275x6. The second week (after including cialabol) I was back up to 280x7. The regaining of strength isnt surprising to me, what is though is the speed with which it is coming back.

Also, I mentioned previously I did not feel the hypo effects. Well today, I did AM fasted cardio (only took some BCAAs pre-HIIT) and then took some cialabol pre-meal to see if I could get any hypo out of it...and I definately did this time! The hypo was pretty bad!

I am liking it so far, and plan to continue to use it.
 
See this stuff is awesome! And i second that about the strength gains for a natural supplement i get impressive increases.
 
No bloat for me and i'm not weighing myself till i've been on my stack for a month i was 278lbs at the beginning of the stack but i'm leaning out nicely and getting stronger and slowly but surely size is coming with it. I'm sure my weight has jumped up a couple pounds just from extra glycogen alone. Also i noticed from Cialabol alone that i recovered faster between sets now it's super fast because i'm using powerfull as well as sipping on 4-6 scoops of Excell during my workout.
 
Sounds like potent stuff....how about sex drive...any increases?...any acne?...aggression?...lethargy?

Cialabol is truely a great supplement. One of the best of all time. Its effects are really unbelieveable and before unheard of outside the use of pharmaceuticals.

We have to understand that most Drugs are designed around natural compounds. In some case, the pharmacuetical industry will create an inferior compound. For the simple reason, they want exclusive rights to the compound.

Cialabol is about to get much more amazing if you can believe that anabolil1.
