My wife loves me so much. She tells me I am sexy when I am soft and undefined. I say I look better lean and am not as sexy she says "Yes you are!". However when I am in good shape she is always rubbing on me and I catch her eyeballing me all the time like a nice piece of steak. It is obvious when I am looking like a stud she is feeling it more.

Same here lol. She told me the other day that my abs are coming and my flabs are going away lol
 
So my wife got these plastic compartment drawer things that we put our clothes in in the closet. This morning i was going to get a pair of socks and the drawer was stuck. I accidentally ripped the front of the drawer off trying to get it unstuck lol dang it

Yes high rep deads are just abusive!!!! The workout I did yesterday beat me up conditioning wise also! So much movement and speed packed into a small period!!! Had to fight through it as well!

Yeah, I really like to push myself. I feel better when I make sure I am extremely well rounded.

Im gonna switch things up for a bit here in a couple days and im gonna do my cube kingpin workouts on those days and then throw in some athletic explosive workouts on the off days to hit cardio and torch fat. My gyms pretty limited though for that sort of thing so im gonna get creative with it lol
 
This is the heroes Warm Up, I do it a lot before my workouts. However sometimes I use it as a workout by changing the rep scheme.

for a warm up I will do 2-3 rounds of this

Jumping Jacks x10
Push Ups X 10
Flap Jacks x10
Groiners x10 per leg
Squats x 10
Frog Jumps x 10
Sit Up x 10
Burpees x 10

For a workout I would do rounds for time like as many rounds as I can go through in 15 minutes. You could also do a descending ladder. Start with 10 reps each and drop a rep each round until you get down to one rep. Definitely fun, legs and chest get some nice explosive work and mobility too from the Groiners and Frog Jumps. They really open up the hips.

Dang it i stepped on the scale this morning after having not weighed myself for a few days. 217.4... Wearing shoes and all my clothes. I was 228 last time i weighed myself... Wearing nothing. Kinda worried about that. I know i got sick saturday and lost alot of fluids and worked hard all day yesterday in the sun but i drank over 2 gallons of water throughout the day. I am trying to cut some fat but dang. Too much. Im seeing new definition in my abs but i gotta think l lost some muscle in there too.
 
No matter the lost weight my deads felt stronger than ever today :) so im just not going to worry about it for now.

I liked the heroes warm up. It definitely does its job effectively thanks man. Yeah it was weird i dont think ive ever gotten a leg cramp benching before lol
 
Update on my weight: I weighed in at 221 on the scale tonight after work (right after dinner too so thats my full weight). Today is an off day from lifting because of the new jobs hours im working my wife is making me take an extra day off from the gym. Probably a good idea i suppose.
Anyways heres my stats for the day.

Yeah it works really well. Well at least getting the leg cramp you can be sure you are using leg drive!

Hey just so everyone knows im vacating this thread for a little bit cause im working alot and ive got a couple of product logs going right now. So thats why updates have been so few lol
 
Hey guys hows it going? I think I'm gonna pick this log back up now. Heres how things are going for me: I've lifted once in the last week... Lame. Took memorial day weekend off with the fam. Hit chest on monday. Tweaked my back at work on tuesday took a couple days to let that rest up. Got sick and couldnt lift because of that. Gonna hit the gym here in a little bit and ill have weight and bf%. I currently just finished a 30 day log of IML Super DMZ 5.0 (which doesnt have dmz in it btw) it had 4 andro 5 andro R andro and epicaticen (not sure how to spell that one). But anyways was using it to help with muscle preservation. This job im working is very physical 10+ hours a day and its hard to take in enough calories. Last time i weighed myself i was at 203 and my strength was down a little bit but thats to be expected when you lose 25 pounds in a month. Now im running 11KTest spray from Nutraceutical Innovations as well as their Burn Xtreme fat burner.

Holy crap, that's night and day difference. Well done man, even with the tough work you've been able to maintain a lot of mass. You look a lot better now(happier/healthier), mobility is probably a lot better too.

Got myself into the gym today. After this past week i decided to start over my training cycle of cube kingpin and lower the max weight because my strength has gone down on bench. Surprisingly my squat and deadlift seem as strong as ever its just the bench that is hurting.

The guy who did it was straight insane. He had an elaborate delusion that there was a society of martians living here on earth that were taking over the world. And my pastor was one of them. Ridiculous. It was a miracle he survived. Shot 8 times point blank by a .45 and the guy was military so he knew how to shoot

Thats not even all of it. .45 hollow point bullets. They found 2 slugs inside his shirt that hadnt penetrated the skin. If i hadnt believed in god and miracles before this i definitely would now.
