My wife loves me so much. She tells me I am sexy when I am soft and undefined. I say I look better lean and am not as sexy she says "Yes you are!". However when I am in good shape she is always rubbing on me and I catch her eyeballing me all the time like a nice piece of steak. It is obvious when I am looking like a stud she is feeling it more.
So my wife got these plastic compartment drawer things that we put our clothes in in the closet. This morning i was going to get a pair of socks and the drawer was stuck. I accidentally ripped the front of the drawer off trying to get it unstuck lol dang it

Yes high rep deads are just abusive!!!! The workout I did yesterday beat me up conditioning wise also! So much movement and speed packed into a small period!!! Had to fight through it as well!

Yeah, I really like to push myself. I feel better when I make sure I am extremely well rounded.
This is the heroes Warm Up, I do it a lot before my workouts. However sometimes I use it as a workout by changing the rep scheme.
for a warm up I will do 2-3 rounds of this
Jumping Jacks x10
Push Ups X 10
Flap Jacks x10
Groiners x10 per leg
Squats x 10
Frog Jumps x 10
Sit Up x 10
Burpees x 10
For a workout I would do rounds for time like as many rounds as I can go through in 15 minutes. You could also do a descending ladder. Start with 10 reps each and drop a rep each round until you get down to one rep. Definitely fun, legs and chest get some nice explosive work and mobility too from the Groiners and Frog Jumps. They really open up the hips.

I imagine you are just a little dehydrated but sounds like a refeed or free meal might be a good idea for you right now.Dang it i stepped on the scale this morning after having not weighed myself for a few days. 217.4... Wearing shoes and all my clothes. I was 228 last time i weighed myself... Wearing nothing. Kinda worried about that. I know i got sick saturday and lost alot of fluids and worked hard all day yesterday in the sun but i drank over 2 gallons of water throughout the day. I am trying to cut some fat but dang. Too much. Im seeing new definition in my abs but i gotta think l lost some muscle in there too.
No matter the lost weight my deads felt stronger than ever todayso im just not going to worry about it for now.
Thought about sticking around for a little longer but its a beautiful day out and my wife and kids were at the beach so i called it there.

Alright so my first week of work down. Loving it so far. This job is a good fit for me. So after work today I hit the gym for a quick bench session today and that was it cause my wife wanted some family time. So in the mail today I got some goodies I'm pretty excited about. Holy crap, that's night and day difference. Well done man, even with the tough work you've been able to maintain a lot of mass. You look a lot better now(happier/healthier), mobility is probably a lot better too.
At church this morning and find out my pastor is preaching for the first time in 3 months... You guys hear about the pastor that got shot by the guy that them fled to washington dc? It was national news. But anyways thats my pastor and i wasthere that day. And after being shot 8 times and surviving hes coming back to preach today
The guy who did it was straight insane. He had an elaborate delusion that there was a society of martians living here on earth that were taking over the world. And my pastor was one of them. Ridiculous. It was a miracle he survived. Shot 8 times point blank by a .45 and the guy was military so he knew how to shoot

Thats not even all of it. .45 hollow point bullets. They found 2 slugs inside his shirt that hadnt penetrated the skin. If i hadnt believed in god and miracles before this i definitely would now.
