Chlorothoxy changing the TD game (sponsored log)

Today is day 11 on Chlorothoxy and I weigh 308:cheers:

Oh so I changed up my routine for the next four weeks. I will be doing more volume. So today's workout was combined chest and tris

bb bench
135 x 12
315 x 12
365 x 8
405 x 8
405 x 8
bb incline 50% of max
215 x 12 x 3 sets
close-grip bench
went light here
225 x 12 x 3 sets
skull crushers
155 x 12 x 3 sets
rope pushdown
120 x 12 x 3 sets

As you can see I have increased my reps quite a bit. I'll will keep one push move a week at 6-8 reps, while the rest of the movements I will increase volume.

Notes on workout:
I had a great session today, the weight was just so light, and the pump I got was incredible. Strength gains are starting to set in, so from here on out it should be golden!

Diet is the same
 
lol, ya man just good genetics. Can't lift what I use to be able to even on cycle. Did all my pr's natty. I have chronic injuries from my knee to my back, and my shoulder.:sad3:

No weights today, and didn't get a chance to weigh in.

I did do some prowler sled work today, and then went to the chiropractor to get adjusted and some electrical impulse acupuncture done. Followed that with a visit to the masseuse for some ART therapy.:cool:

Tomorrow will be back and bi's.
 
Forgot to add I have no DOMS from yesterday's workout, and I haven't done that high of a rep scheme in a long time!

Couldn't do anymore, lol I had too intense of a pump. That's a lot of work anyway for me. Felt strong, although I have noticed that I have to warm up longer before I can get any power going, cns seems to take longer to warm up on chlorothoxy. But as soon as I am warm my power is great, added with the strength increases, and the weight is easy!

So my diet this whole time has been steady, and I noticed that my waistline is smaller in the mirror and I am up I think 6 pounds I don't remember its in my first post though, I think ir was 302.

Any way Chlorothoxy has definitely arrived, and with some serious gains. This is the equivalent of day 14 so I am up 6 pounds in two weeks with lifts going up, bf going down, and increases in the measurements that count!

Definitley sounds like you all are getting recomp effects with strength gains

Let's see, well lethargy has been steadily increasing over the last few days, and I am requiring more sleep. However this is what always happens when I am in a very anabolic state, and that's the case this time. I have a pump, and fullness 24 hours a day now. Just walking up stairs I get an intense pump in my legs. I'm looking real BIG in the mirror, and my strength is still going up.

Todays workout was shoulders, and legs
Standing military press
135 x 12
225 x 8
315 x 8
315 x 6
Went up to 365 and did push presses for a set of 4
Upright rows
135 x 12
225 x 12
225 x 12
db Lat raises
70 x 10 x 3 sets
Legs
I can't squat heavy anymore, or dead-lift heavy either, so I what I do is lunge work with step-ups and some db squats. If you want I can post up my reps and weights, but it's not heavy at all, in fact it's depressingly light, but I do what I can.

Chlorothoxy thoughts for today:

More of the same guys: muscle fullness, all day pump, steady strength increases, steady size gain, relatively low sides, alpha male mentality etc.
At this point it is safe to say that this is a very effective product for me. I will be getting blood work done here soon, and have baselines to compare to from a month ago. I am hoping that the effects on the liver have been mild, and that needto decides to sell this. If so I really don't see anything wrong with possible 6-8 week cycles with Chlorothoxy. If this is the case the gains would be substantial and the cycle would be easy on the user, not to mention gains that can be kept.
 
Ya I have been urinating a lot more often, but I am also retaining more water than I would have expected. Usually when I run a "wetter" compound I have increased urination...so...
 
I too am peeing slightly more often, BUT I'm always thirsty do I'm drinking a ton of water likely more then necessary so I pee more anyways.... Its not like I get the urge to pee and only have a lil dribble, its full bladder urination, standing in front of the put for a while.

usually normal for me when working out, lot of fluid in, lot of fluid out.

Had my cheat meal last night, 32oz of prime rib, a giant loaded baked potato, and a piece of apple pie. Ya I went a liitle too far with this one, but it was soooo good.

My weight this morning was 311, last cheat meal I kept the weight, lets see this time if I do.
 
A friend and I once sat down at an all you can eat steakhouse and were asked to stop ordering more plates. Just to give you an idea each plate came with 8oz of smoked sirloin, well my friend had about 8 plates, and I polished off ten.:D

very nice when it comes to steak i can eat alot as well but i dont think that much 80 ounces dam man !!!
 
So today will be my last day on Chlorothoxy:( no more left.

Final weight 311.5

Started at 302, I know my first weigh in was 305, but that was after a cheat meal. So that is 6.5 pounds in about 20 days! Damn that's impressive for less than three weeks.

Did chest today went a little something like this:

decided to go for a heavy double so I jumped to 405, and it kept going
415 x 2

I stopped there, but I am pretty sure I could hit 455 for a double
so since I did all of that work on incline I did only two sets on flat db

weighted dips
bw + 135lbs x 8 x two sets

I was going to keep the volume up today and finish off with a couple of exercises for triceps, but I was wrecked at this point so called it a day.

Effects/results:
Where do I start, lol. Like I have said before I think Chlorothoxy really rocks! Gained 6.5 pounds on below maintenance cals, strength increases in every lift, incredible pump 24/7, definitely a leaning out effect, low sides, surprising results, etc...
Goota say again you guys need to put this out there, a 6-8 week cycle would be freaking fantastic!

I got blood drawn today, and have baselines from a month before I started Chlorothoxy, so I will post it up when I get the latest blood drawn returned so we can compare.

Now I will be going in to Boladrol from here, so come check my log!
