That reaper sounds unbelievable. I gained 7lbs just reading the label.

Palmfist said it was by far the best oral product he's ever used. That's gotta be worth something. That stack is particularly synergistic it seems. The ole 1+1=3, if you will.

Caz, been taking the Primaforce ALCAR this past month & digging it. I know you know how nice Quake is. My tub of Banana ISO-100 is getting low, love that stuff - the Pina Colada flavor is surprisingly refreshing as well. Just ordered a 4lb tub of Species Isolyze, Vanilla Peanut Butter. Isolyze is the finest isolate I've ever used, but ISO-100 is a close second. It's the better bang for buck & they have more flavors.

From what dsade said, ammo desnt completely destroy your cortisol levels, so I can use it 7-8 weeks before taking a break. I think I prefer it over the topicals

Recovery is slow going but I am getting better. No liver damage & nothing abnormal on my MRI & ultrasound. I've been all natural for about a month now. Just starting to lift again. I've lost a lot of weight.... Like 15-20lb, but a lot of body fat as well. I'm truly skinny bones again.

Hey Tyga as far ad the Lr3 or Peg MGF there is no reason to do bilateral shots, there is not really any reason to do IM shots for that matter. There is nothing localized about either of the compounds. They go systemic, the binding affinity is far less than an DES1'3 or plain MGF so not much binds locally via IM instead it is carried off into the blood and becomes systemic hence the growth of the intestines and what not while on lr3. As far as dosing some say it is better to do the day after because you naturally produce mgf post workout. However the injection takes you to super-physiological levels of MGF at the time when proliferation takes place.

When it comes to cycling telling someone to not use something at a certain time because it might mess up the natural rhythm of hormone release is quite silly when the goal is super-physiological levels of proliferation. That would be like telling someone you can use steriods to grow quickly but your natural test will drop so you should never run steroids to get bigger... The goal is growth not maintenance of the natural hormone levels and pulses. That is what PCT is for then again there is no need for PCT with peptides and all you need to reverse the sides of Lr3 or peg is to be off of them for a bit.

I love me some DATBTRUE but some of his stuff is more holistic and health oriented than gaining the most mass possible from use.

Keep in mind if using LR3 at the same time you want to keep the 2 doses separated. The MGF and IGF compete for receptors and when IGF is present it has a higher affinity so it will you will pretty much only get activation if you overlap the Lr3 and PEG. So in that situation you would do better to use Peg post workout and Lr3 about 7 hours later if proliferation is the goal. Although nice gains can be had with DES1'3 pre workout then MGF PEG post workout. Then you get activation during the workout from the DES 1'3 and proliferation of new cells post workout with the MGF Peg.

I stopped the lr3 maybe a month ago. No peps right now. Deciding when to throw the peg MGF in. It has such a long half life it shouldn't matter when I pin it. Still sifting through dats site for more insight. Thanks for the help bud!
 
I forgot my boy caz sent me a bottle of molecular nutritions accelerant. So I threw it in for the hell of it lol. It doesn't suppress my appetite which I'm great full for.

New sup regimen until I throw the MGF in;

120mcg clen 20min before cardio (I know, I know, It has a relatively long freakin half life as well. I like it pre workout though.
1 accelerant 10min after clen

With breakfast

1 cap evomuse ammo

Krill oil
5k iu vitamin d
2.5g psyllium husk
2 pills universal uni-liver

Well I've been having difficulties falling asleep, have been since I started enbrel shots for my psoriasis, coincidence? No, found a whole sub forum of people having the same issue. Doc wants me to stay on it for the time being, if it doesn't stop she'll take me off. I preface this because of this;

Yeah!! Lol I've used alcar a bunch of times and like it.. Norcodrene has only been a few days but it has a nice lite stim effect to it.. I'll update u in a week on how I like it

Might want to get a script for trazadone if you haven't tried it; benzos aren't optimal for sleep esp at those doses.

You know I feel your pain!!! It's been 3 weeks for me with no cheat meal :(. But I'm getting really lean :)

Yes. When I carb cycle with no carbs most of the week the refeed is 1.5c oats 8oz sweet tato and a bananna. Fawk. It's brutal!

So ur refeed consists of about 175g of carbs? Are u doin keto or somethin?

Even at precontest, I never went below 100g/day of carbs. Granted, I wasnt the driest on stage but u get dry the last 7 days before the show, not really prior to that..

1/2c oats= 27g *1.5= 71g carb
1c rice= 46g* 1.5= 68g (two times) =136g carb

Little over 200g, more if you count the carbs from the salsa :/

I love me some oats, I think the most I've eaten at once was 2 cups, maybe a little more! Definitely filling!

Answer = 200mcg GHRP. You'll eat those oats mixed with 150kcals of strawberry jam then go looking elsewhere for some more food. It aint nuthin for me to down 1200kcals per meal with 15g of fiber in it. In fact, just did it this afternoon. And once before about 2 months ago I killed 2400kcals at Chili's.

7 oz chicken
2 cups basmati rice
1 tbsp MCT
1.25 cup of corn
2 slices whole grain bread
1/3 Craisins

Yup, 1100+ easy money with GHRP-6. Two hours later I killed 2.5 cups of raisin bran crunch w/ skim milk.

Btw, Tyga, an anti-histamine will clear up those nasty rashes u get from the peps. Get back on em if u can.
