All you guys are crazy, I look forward to my cup of oatmeal every morning. Better than the chicken and veggie's every other meal. Add in a spoonful of stevia and a handful of dehydrated fruit mm mmmmm
Answer = 200mcg GHRP. You'll eat those oats mixed with 150kcals of strawberry jam then go looking elsewhere for some more food. It aint nuthin for me to down 1200kcals per meal with 15g of fiber in it. In fact, just did it this afternoon. And once before about 2 months ago I killed 2400kcals at Chili's.

I went on a float trip last year that was already scheduled before his party (months in advance) and the fam acted like it's gonna be the end of the world if I don't come this year for his 2nd. Already having to skip a float trip that weekend too. Everything is happening that weekend it seems like! So you'd be 5 wks out, yes? I'm 3 out atm.

It's in Lee's Summit, & yep June 14th. Glad you've got a lot of support though man - didn't want it to be just you & your gal for this one. I want people taking pics of this! Are you allowed to have trace amounts of carbs from veggies? Cucumbers w/ vinegar, salt, spices (or straight up pickles), lettuce, fennel stalk, celery, of course all your greens, broccoli, green beans are starting to stretch it, but lots of volume foods there. Cucumbers sliced & spiced can be really nice. Bake some Kale chips if you're wanting to snack - tastes like broccoli-flavored popcorn. Toss washed kale pieces in a lil olive oil, spread em on some baking sheets, sea salt, & 350* for 12-16 min til they're starting to get brown edges/crispy. I pounded about 6 oz with the gf last weekend watching a movie. Surprisingly hit the spot hard.
If you don't mind the temporary bloat, protein fluff is a great low cal filler

Alright guys I'm back home, had a blast with my family. This trip served as a real test of will power and I succeeded!! Just reassured that I have my eye on the prize.. I'd like to share a little secret that helped me with my meals.. About 4 weeks ago I was talking to a guy at the gym who I've know for a bit now.. He noticed that I've been leaning out and I told him I hired a coach to get my diet on point.. Now this guy is the same age as me and in excellent shape.. Tells me that he use to compete and we talked about how hard it it preparing food all the time. Then he tells me that 6 years ago he opened his own company making prepared meals for guys like us.. Next night he comes in with some meals for me to try and they tasted awesome!! All macros are listed and a bunch of them fit my coaches diet!! Now I don't eat them everyday but for going away or if you are low on food they are awesome to have in your freezer.. There's companies around here that do that as well. Been highly considering. About the cost of groceries every week for 5 days of 6 meals a day.

Agree, very good tasting protein!The Elite Xt line was reeeeally sweet. Actually why I stopped using it, & the gas. But profile for a blend is spot on, & the price is stupid cheap (gotten it for like $22/4lb tub). The fudge brownie, banana nut & blueberry muffin are all spot on flavoring wise. Very good for mixing to sweeten greek yogurt or oats.
