Oh god if I eat more than 1/2 cup of oats I bloat the **** out. I was so hungry one say I said **** it and are 2 cups of oats with 4tbsp peanutbutter.... Long story short I was not feeling good but **** me it tasted so good.
 
All you guys are crazy, I look forward to my cup of oatmeal every morning. Better than the chicken and veggie's every other meal. Add in a spoonful of stevia and a handful of dehydrated fruit mm mmmmm
 
Answer = 200mcg GHRP. You'll eat those oats mixed with 150kcals of strawberry jam then go looking elsewhere for some more food. It aint nuthin for me to down 1200kcals per meal with 15g of fiber in it. In fact, just did it this afternoon. And once before about 2 months ago I killed 2400kcals at Chili's.

Yup, 1100+ easy money with GHRP-6. Two hours later I killed 2.5 cups of raisin bran crunch w/ skim milk.

It's tough for me to eat anything after a leg workout inside the hour after it. Been drinking 20g iso, 15g bcaas, 50g waxy maize post workout (Universal Torrent; tastes like concentrated OJ!) & eating my carb smash within an hour after that. I'm also trying to stay in a deficit, so the 800 cal from 200g carbs plus another 200 cal from 50g protein or so is 1k cals. So that shows you how lean my days are leading up to my workout, when I'm eating a grand post workout & still dropping.
 
Last night after my shake I drank 2 scoops arctic rush gatorade and ate a white chocolate cliff bar, 4oz of tilapia, and an uncounted amount of peanut butter puffs. Then woke up lighter lol
 
Knocked out a good bro day sesh. Refeed was on point yesterday, but, I couldn't get my head into the workout :(

I went on a float trip last year that was already scheduled before his party (months in advance) and the fam acted like it's gonna be the end of the world if I don't come this year for his 2nd. Already having to skip a float trip that weekend too. Everything is happening that weekend it seems like! So you'd be 5 wks out, yes? I'm 3 out atm.

Glad you've got a lot of support though man - didn't want it to be just you & your gal for this one. I want people taking pics of this!

Are you allowed to have trace amounts of carbs from veggies? Cucumbers w/ vinegar, salt, spices (or straight up pickles), lettuce, fennel stalk, celery, of course all your greens, broccoli, green beans are starting to stretch it, but lots of volume foods there. Cucumbers sliced & spiced can be really nice. Bake some Kale chips if you're wanting to snack - tastes like broccoli-flavored popcorn. Toss washed kale pieces in a lil olive oil, spread em on some baking sheets, sea salt, & 350* for 12-16 min til they're starting to get brown edges/crispy. I pounded about 6 oz with the gf last weekend watching a movie. Surprisingly hit the spot hard.

Ya I can have as much greens as I wasn't (dark greens, no iceberg. Spinach, asparagus, kale, broccoli and green beans- not a whole lot of these bad boys)

The kale chips really do hit a snackspot, & you've got like 3 tbsp of olive oil (which isn't gonna be stored as fat anyway) in the whole batch of chips.

The Elite Xt line was reeeeally sweet. Actually why I stopped using it, & the gas. But profile for a blend is spot on, & the price is stupid cheap (gotten it for like $22/4lb tub). The fudge brownie, banana nut & blueberry muffin are all spot on flavoring wise. Very good for mixing to sweeten greek yogurt or oats.

This really makes a difference for me, satiety-wise, in the evenings post-workout. A multi-speed protein blend w/ greek yogurt really keeps me satisfied if I'm trying to avoid eating any more before bed.

I'd like to share a little secret that helped me with my meals.. About 4 weeks ago I was talking to a guy at the gym who I've know for a bit now.. He noticed that I've been leaning out and I told him I hired a coach to get my diet on point.. Now this guy is the same age as me and in excellent shape.. Tells me that he use to compete and we talked about how hard it it preparing food all the time. Then he tells me that 6 years ago he opened his own company making prepared meals for guys like us.. Next night he comes in with some meals for me to try and they tasted awesome!! Look at this!!

His food is all fresh, no added preservatives or salts.. All macros are listed and a bunch of them fit my coaches diet!! Now I don't eat them everyday but for going away or if you are low on food they are awesome to have in your freezer.. Check out Invalid Link Removed. This guy really gets us and I'm telling you the food tastes unreal, the only issue is they are not cheap :(

There's companies around here that do that as well. Been highly considering. About the cost of groceries every week for 5 days of 6 meals a day.

Agree, very good tasting protein!
 
So I didn't backload my carbs today since it wasn't a lifting day - used some balsamic vinegar with olive oil & pepper on some kale today. Soooo darn good. Amazing what the 10g of sugars can do to wake that big salad up. Worth it, easy, & it's still very low cal, healthy fats, tons of antioxidants.
 
Ooooh, & I got to eat black beans, which also has no place on backload days. And almond butter. Trace carbs in both.
