Meal 5&6 had no carbs. Today was "high" carb (relative term) 200g. Tomorrow is a rest day with low carbs.

Yea it was my last meal. No carbs because my first 5 meals had carbs in them and my allotment of the day was met :( my last three meals today had no carbs either, just a bunch of greens. Going to look nice and FLAT tomorrow lol
sh*t is so good. I've bought their flatbreads countless times, for burritos, pizzas, quesadillas, you name it. the bagels are great too. as for the spreads, i have had white chocolate (10/10), currently on banana raisin (9/10) then i got an unopened jar of the signature blend next. they're very very very good

haha I've tried it all. I LOOOOOOVE mexican/hispanic food, and as Puerto Rican my family is always around it. I've always liked brown rice more, even when i was 187... at my current height, so fat. But when I started dieting, I avoided all of the good mexican stuff like tortilla, quesadillas, etc Lost 55-60 lbs my senior year of high school. Was terrified of carbs and didn't know how to read a food label. taught myself better now, but the p28 flatbreads eased me away from carbophobia. now i eat 200g errday after my workout :) either way, they're HUGE, so perfect for anything. I just had a p28 flatbread baked with Walden Farm Tomato & Basil Sauce, 56g Fat free cheese, 162g spinach and some crushed red pepper/Sriacha on top. Delicious pizza

Yo that pizza sound like the bomb!! I bought the PB, bagels and flat bread.. Should help me make my 300g protein, 250 carbs goal much easier :)
 
Tyga, to get fat off quick, kill the carbs after 3-4PM and do 30-45 minutes of cardio about an hour before bed. Then wake up and do another bout of cardio with nothing but BCAA's. Then eat crap tons during morning and early afternoon. Repeat process.

Works great and would put u ahead of schedule for ur fat loss too.

Thanks boss. I did do cardio between my 5th and 6th meal last night. Doing HIIT tomorrow moring fasted with 15g bcaas before with ECA.

Trusting my coaches process here. Scale hasn't really moved, but the mirror and progress pictures in sending my coach are showing differently.
 
The scale sucks lol I'm excited to do a cut with a coach in a couple of weeks after PCT. I'm more excited to actually hold muscle. Last cut, I lost way to much muscle. Strength was gone, like 8 steps back

Scales terrible lol that's what my coach keeps reiterating to me, but man when it is barely moving it's a mind funk.

My weekly weigh in update:

So for this week the diet was the same except I got a cheat meal!!! Stepped on the scale and I'm down another 2.5 lbs!! I also lost and inch in both my chest and waist, I could not be happier with the results I've seen in only 2 weeks!! PCT starts Monday :(
 
From a caloric standpoint, yes. Cut 150g of carbs from ur diet, replace it with 6 TBSP of MCT through the day. 1 TBSP is about 100kcals. You get the calories to maintain muscle mass and the carbless or low carb to get the fat burning effects.

Guy at work got an fx4 same colorscheme used; it's a 12 or 13. It's a pretty nice ride man; you're gonna really like it I think. Very spacious too.
 
Love these I have a Ford Flex plan to spring for the Platinum next time though. The Limited is the bomb but I need them extra ponies!!!!!
 
By far the worst workout I've had in months. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING was heavy. I couldn't get a mind muscle connection, and my head wasn't in the workout today.

3. I'm getting my cortisol under control- suspicious it was elevated from; school, work and this prep and from the lack of sleep.

Carb cycling. Fats remain @30-40g (for now)

Thats low, which is good for a fast metabolism. Add MCT's dude, u wont regret it.

When u cut ur carbs down below 1g/lb of mass, start adding MCT's at EOM (every other meal), 1 tbsp each. Then bump to 1 tbsp EM. It will raise ur GH levels thru the roof and accelerate fat burning.
