Sorry to hear about the back but good to hear it is expected to be muscular instead of a disc.
What everyone said. I know that pop feeling; had it in my right ham twice now. It really sucks, but obv a million times better than disk issues - hope you have a speedy recovery brother. I was just talking about your show to my gf yesterday, & she asked if we could go to Silver Dollar City while we're out there too lol. She's not gonna shut up about that now, so you basically have to heal for this show :sad6:

Yea he does. I finished day 3 week 1 yestarday. My back is sore lol can't wait to see what the 40-50 rep week is like.

2nd meal (screwed this one up, suppose to be 50g cho 50g pro)
10oz skim milk
2 scoop pro
2 slices Ezekiel
Walden farms cinnamon raisin pb spread
3rd meal
8oz 93/7 ground beef
1c brown rice
Walden farms OG BBQ sauce
Got two meals left and half a gallon of water to drink still :/

What did you do for legs?
2 warm up sets leg ext
4 warm up squats + 4 working sets (8-10 reps)
4 working sets hack squats (8-10 reps)
4 working sets leg ext (8-10)
4 warm up sets lying leg curl + 4 working sets (8-10)
4 working sets db stiff leg
2 working seated leg curl
I don't recall my legs ever being this sore.. Srs
