Went to the chiro, got adjusted. She believes it's muscular, will do some muscle stim and keep seeing her. She's going to order an MRI some time next week if I don't improve.

I've heard the pop with the pulled muscles in my lower back and my groins, glad I possibly guessed right. Hope the MRI says the same as the chiro.

Sorry to hear about the back but good to hear it is expected to be muscular instead of a disc.
 
What everyone said. I know that pop feeling; had it in my right ham twice now. It really sucks, but obv a million times better than disk issues - hope you have a speedy recovery brother. I was just talking about your show to my gf yesterday, & she asked if we could go to Silver Dollar City while we're out there too lol. She's not gonna shut up about that now, so you basically have to heal for this show :sad6:
 
Thanks everybody! I'm using a TENS unit this entire weekend and next week with adjustments at the chiro, and some bio freeze. Should do the trick (hopefully)

I like me some silver dollar city! Hell we might have to make a weekend out of this lol my wife loves silver dollar city, I plan on competing regardless. I can't squat, but I can hack squat and leg press the hell outta my legs lol
 
Was able to hack squat, leg press, leg ext, seated leg curl, lying leg curl and calf exercises. Didn't even try to go heavy. Everything was 15-20 reps.

Tomorrow is national chest day, so I'll train chest as well :D

Starts this Saturday :)

Ostarine- 14 weeks @20mg daily
Mod grf/GHRP 2/6- 100/100 2-3x daily
LR3- 100mcg daily, month on month off
ECA- when the coach calls for it
 
Hows the back my brother?

It's good (say 85% maybe 90% better). Tested it yesterday with rack pulls. Pulled 275x10 for, four sets. Didn't want to risk it going heavier, could have but I played it safe :D Thanks for asking btw.

1c egg whites with jalapeño cheese, cheese sprinkle
2c Cheerios
8oz skim milk

2nd meal (screwed this one up, suppose to be 50g cho 50g pro)
10oz skim milk
2 scoop pro
2 slices Ezekiel
Walden farms cinnamon raisin pb spread

3rd meal
8oz 93/7 ground beef
1c brown rice
Walden farms OG BBQ sauce

Got two meals left and half a gallon of water to drink still :/
