I never ran SD before so I'm pumped to try it.. As you guys know I'm not looking to bulk but would love a nice recomp.. Any thoughts or suggestions , I also have a lot of other stuff as well :)

I might dial the SD back when you start tgr furuza. SD gives me wicked kidney issues on its own at 30, so I'd be concerned the mix of orals may pose a problem but maybe not. Just a thought

That's exactly why I use gear that works well for the same purpose, like my favorite dbol/sd stack. Both stay low dosed. Growth is great. Sides are low.

I think he may be okay at 20mg SD and the two non methyls. Of course the option to run all of them for 6 weeks running the SD@10 would be where I put my money after my experiences with SD. After 2 weeks of SD at 20mg per day my kidneys were taking a hit. Not my liver so much as my kidneys, then I got sick from the toxins. So I won't ever go over 10mg of SD a day again unless pulsing it.

Nice this should be sexy and yeah Swanks I was getting in 2 gallons a day and and hardly any simple sugars but it just didn't love me. I had Strep in my kidney when I was younger and it left a lil scar tissue so some things just don't sit well with it.

Powder. It was apple flavored. It tasted good, but left a weird aftertaste and kinda burned the back of my throat and tongue.

The ArA, GMS, baby aspirin and lr3 are giving me the most ridiculous pumps. Absolutely love it.

Volume plus the aforementioned drugs = hormone type pumps and fullness.
 
Alright guys the fun started yesterday!! Hit the gym Monday and crushed some shoulders and traps, yesterday missed the gym cause my 2 year old was sick and got about 3.5 hours sleep.. :( Going to hit legs tonight and I'll start posting my workouts again. I'm going to try my hardest not to over train on this run, my shoulder feels great and I want to keep it that way.. Would like to keep my lifts lighter and concentrate on time under tension and form for some crazy pumps :) Took my first dose of Stano and Furuza yesterday and got a wicked headache, I don't think it was related cause I was exhausted. Took my second dose later in the afternoon and was fine, started with 600mg stano and 200mg Furuza which I will up slowly.. Skipped SD yesterday due to the headache but will pop 10mgs today and keep it there for 6 weeks I hope.. Question on when to dose SD? Since its once a day I was thinking of taking it around 4PM, not too late and about 4 hours before I hit the gym.. What you guys think?
 
Oh also I've been slacking on my water intake lately so I'm drinking my water in a shaker cup so I can measure it. Trying to get around 1.5 gals a day..
 
Yeah 4 pm should get you to about midnight on that. Hell I might even go as late as 6 get the maximum anabolism post workout with a full belly.

Here we go getting back in the groove!!! I was afraid to step on the scale this morning, but to my surprise I'm at 216lbs. which is only 1 lb. heavier that where I left off 7 weeks ago :arms: I did some man scaping and I'll take some before pics. for you guys to get your rocks off to.. LOL I have to say it's a lot harder to drink a gallon of water a day than I thought, never measured like I am now and my intake was way low, also must have peed about 87 times yesterday. Took it easy with the workout and did not push to hard, all reps where on a 3 count and had finished every exercise with a drop set for them pumps!! My stamina has really dropped off, by the time I got to leg press I was toasted so I took it easy. I'm sure over the next week I'll get running on all cylinders again. Nothing to report beside that Stano is giving my some good morning wood :)

Day 3 - Chest and Bi's

All I can say is DOMS! DOMS! DOMS!! holy crap I am sore.. LOL Banged out a nice little bro day session, my second chest workout since taking time off and still no shoulder pain!! YEAH :arms: I still took it easy and I'm only pushing myself about 65% and feel great. I've been working on my bench press form and found that I've been letting my elbows out too wide which was putting tons of strain on my shoulders.. Keeping my elbows tucked more and feel much better. I also started measuring my water intake and damn a gallon of water isn't that easy to drink, but I've done it 2 days in a row now. Not much to report on yet but I do feel a little more swollen..
