I went full screen on my big monitor and I think the first was parallel and second just a tad under. Either way it was some good squatting.

1mg was what the study was conducted at. 5mg being the roof.
I'd start at 2mg and ramp up weekly until you reach 5mg.

Slin shot - 2-4 caps ed
Creatine mono- 5g daily
COR bcaas - 1 serving (intra)
Xfactor- 1.5g pre workout (only on workout days)
Orange triad greens powder- 1 serving daily
5k iu vitamin d daily
Pre workout of choice (most likely hemavol since it has GMS in it for the xfactor)

What do you all think?

Never saw benefit from GDAs personally but I typically keep carbs low. I guess all I have experience with in your stack is hemavol and creatine. I love creatine. I run 10g a day when in diet down mode because I don't eat much beef., I tend to add more agamatine to hemavol but it's not a bad intra.

Very interesting article on the Mountaindogdiet site regarding the wrong use of GDA's actually slowing people's progress. Stating too many people use them when planning to take large amounts of food especially carbohydrates in. That using a GDA when you are making a major spike in insulin and an excess of calories actually increases chances of fat storage. The better time to use them is when you are taking in less carbs so that the muscle is more sensitive to the lower release of insulin so they uptake the nutrients much better.

Now in a bulk using GDA's before a large carb meals isn't a bad thing especially if not taking in much saturated fat with the meal. Yet using them to counter the effects of a cheat meal is actually counter productive as you are increasing sensitivity in both fat and muscle cells.

None of my meals (with the exception of post workout) exceed 50g of carbs in one sitting. I don't even use a GDA post workout since, well I just worked out lol "insulin sensitivity" should be at an all time high.

My wife did cook this little jewel up for me again

^^ this meal followed my post workout meal which was :

76g capt'n crunch
6oz milk

30min later
10oz milk
1 scoop isolate
1 scoop truetein

Hour later was my sesame chicken meal :)

Holy **** this looks incredible. Im a sucker for sesame/orange chicken so will definitely be giving this a go. Sounds fire especially with the coconut oil.

When I used it, no. I went from 1mg up to 5mg. Now, I had nut shrinkage... But if you look at the study on google scholar.. Atrophy is to be expected lol
