No, I'm trying to gain lol if put on some fat along the way though. I plan on competing this summer

If done intermittent fasting before, but right now I'm doing "if it fits your macros" which allows some leniency (hence my pop tarts and muffins lol)

Thanks man. Been putting in hard work. Gained a solid 10 lbs this year. Not much compared to others but my life is pretty hectic. If i can manage a few more changes i might pop my cherry and take a stroll down PH avenue :)

Trutein tastes great. The vanilla is hands down the best vanilla I have ever tried. I do not really trust it though as I have seen many requests for tests results on it yet I have never once seen any results. That and a few other shady things I feel like went down a while back. I do not really have anything to back this up I just have my doubts

Yea, more sleep (better quality sleep at that) would definitely help! Look into a sleep aide, like sleephoria from evomuse

You're a good age to start but there's a lot of things to consider, like eventually being on TRT & such with continued cycling if you wear your hpta out. And like you said, you want to get your fundamentals down - if you know you could benefit from 7-8 hours of sleep you'll def wanna explore all the ways to optimize your gains before hitting the bottle.

This is from a 23 yr old who started when he was 22. Too soon. I would have done it eventually, but I could have gained more natty first. I was just ignorant & didn't realize it will slowly inhibit my natty gains. If you do think about going down that road, Tyga can def help you out - he's very knowledgeable, & Iron Flex makes some great products at great prices too.

We are in the same boat my friend and it is not easy!! LOL A mild 4 week run would be fine and it will help you push forward in achieving your goals..

Yeah it's on the way out. Just saying that one good cycle could finish it, so just be prepared. On that note, the first cycle is the most responsive w/ your virgin andro receptors & all. So while a mild 4wker is the safest route, lets you get your feet wet, etc, I say do all the homework & do a mean 6wk. Gains will be nuts, prob 15lbs or more. I wish I'd used a much stronger compound w/ more dosing for my first run. People tell you to go mild all the time for the first cycle, but if you do the homework & know what you're in for you'll be fine.

Buddy has low test scores natty, at 23 he's in the 400s. His first cycle was a single AMS kit of 3 bottles over 4wks. That kit/dosing is so mild most people might gain 3-4lbs if they're lucky in a month. He gained 11 or 12 lol. Can you imagine if he'd ran a bottle of StenZine instead for that month?

Well I'll have a better idea where I stand come January. I will be getting bloods done to see where my hormone levels are at. Probably not a candidate for TRT yet but honestly, I know my levels have dropped over the years and it already feels unacceptable. Meaning I will prob already be on TRT at some point. So a cycle may or may not accelerate that a few years. No biggie.

As far as my first cycle, It will prob be on the heavier side. No Tren or anything but it wont be 1ad/4ad. With my circumstances, i cant cycle too often so i want to make it count. This is the reason i prefer to wait and correct my sleep before diving into anything.

First one I prepped for, after registration I got back to my car and my dad called, and told me my grandma passed away. So, I drove an hr and a half back to town, packed and drove four hrs to my grandfathers house.

Alright guys your boy has been slacking on updates!! Between now and April this is my busy time at work so I'm trying to keep up with everything.. I'm back on my grind brohams!!! I got 4 days of real lifting in and the shoulder still feels great!!! I'm back on the 6/12/25 routine and I love it this workout will give you some major pumps. I'm officially loving Sarms, almost 8 weeks in on Osta and 4 weeks with LGD and I can tell you now that I'm lifting again I feel like I'm on a mild PH.. The pumps are great and my recovery has been awesome, no where near as sore as I should be will all the time I took off.. I'm still leaning out and my veins are really popping. Starting on Sunday Osta will be done and S4 and LGD will be run together for the last 4 weeks. As for sides, I still have none 8 weeks on, my libido may be starting to dip a little now but nothing bad at all..I will definitely be running Sarms multiple times throughout the year, any of you guys on the fence I say go for it.. Bcazo approved :cheers:
