Chest and Back

Oh boy this session was a killer!! Between chest and back and the leg routine in this 6x12x25 workout are brutal.. I know on paper it doesn't look like a lot but I dare you to try this, it had me gassed hard at the end.. The trick is using the correct weight so that the last rep on each exercise it till fail and the tempo.. Strength was up today and my hunger is starting to increase thanks to PR-XT!!! Lets hope I can keep my hunger under control as I'm not looking to gain any weight..


Incline Bench Press – 40X0 tempo, Rest 10 seconds

Nice work, so you are doing a supinated grip flat bench, IE a reverse grip DB Flat bench press are you trying to focus that on your triceps more or something?

It only been about 4 days on PR-XT but I've run C20 and Anabeta before and the hunger usually kicks in hard around day 10-14. You should give 6x12x25 a shot I linked it a few posts back if you want to see it..

Shoulder and Traps

Here we go!!! Another awesome workout, all my lifts felt good and I added 5lbs to both my BB press and arnolds.. Hunger is up again today but I'm trying my best to keep it under control and clean, my calories are still low so I have some room if needed. Found my sweat spot with Game day which is 3/4 scoop it's just the right amount of stim.. Question for the Man guys, I started taking the Fermented Leucine 2 days ago and can't get it to mix well.. Tried adding it to my PF3 no good, cause I stir the PF3 in a glass while adding water.. last night I dumped the scoop in my mouth and chased it with water, there has to be a better way? LOL Legs tonight and I'm starting to get pumped about this stack :)

Not the same product obv, but I used to have a tub of SNS leucine & I would just toss a scoop in my mouth & chase half the time for that reason. Leucine doesn't like to mix. But it is kinda shiny ;)

I almost didn't make it to the gym last night, I felt so tried I was falling asleep on the couch at 7:45 last night.. I hit up my gameday and it kicked me in the butt and I managed to smash some legs.. I didn't do the 6x12x25 today just did my old routine, I need to re-work the 6x12x25 leg day cause I don't do some of the lifts it requires so I'm going to make my own. Anyway legs felt good, and I have to say I hate those Split squats they beat the crap out of my hips in a good way.. I've hit the gym 4 days in a row so not sure what I'm going to hit tonight but not going to be a off day..

Right I know what you mean! My buddy ask the same question. He tried to tell me that it means you murdered someone. He's a f**kin dumbass, he's jealous and if he doesn't have it he wants to make it sound like the worst thing in the world. So I looked it up on my phone and showed h what it meant in the bike community. I wear it all the time to piss him off:)

So I cheated this morning and stepped on the scale, normally Monday morning are weigh ins.. I had the feeling I lost a few lbs cause my stomach was looking flatter than normal.. Scale said 220.5 which is only down .5 lbs from my last check 2 weeks ago, still up 6.5 pounds!! I'm very happy, calories have been low and I'm still gaining muscle and trimming fat.. I feel the combination of the new workout and this MAN stack are really treating me good :) I've hit the gym 5 days in a row so today is a off day.. Maybe.. sort of ... not... LOL
