Seated leg curl- four sets of 12-15
Leg press- 200x15x3
Stiff leg hams- three sets of 12

Debating on whether to rest tomorrow or bang out chest and biceps. I feel like I don't want to rest since I'm takin this m stack, want to take advantage of supplements. But, I also know I can't keep my calorie expenditure in excess for weeks on end and expect to grow
