Dood you know it! Always a lot of fun to train with a buddy....it doesn't even matter what you're doing; it's like celebrity time in a foreign gym & you just go nuts trying to go harder than your friend -who's trying to do the same thing :)

Always makes you push harder & you enjoy the training a lot more.

And pretty much what Palmfist said - there's no reason why anyone has to squat if they're not competing in powerlifting, strongman, or oly lifting, & lots of seriously jacked bodybuilders train their entire lifting careers without ever squatting at all (at least, not deep & heavy in a power or oly style). But it is time-tested that lots of massive frames were built with the help of heavy squats (Youtube Evan Centopani making 495 his bitch for reps), & they definitely will make you a stronger lifter inside too (heavy low reps, high reps w/ light weight, doesn't matter - squatting is plain uncomfortable & challenging).

This always worked for me when I was trying to add mass to my legs. But they grow easily for me, so take that with a grain of salt. Leg press especially could put some meat on me.

Can you say holy pump??!!! I blew up looked a ballon after my second set of presses. It was so hot in the gym I was sweating like a pig. Did go crazy heavy instead slowed the pace down and focus on TUT!! The pump and burn were ridiculous !! My libido is still crazy! Round 2 tonight big cardio session after the kids go to bed..

Gda wouldnt do much

Not for his glycogen pumps at all really, but I was under the impression that Na-R-ALA is a powerful antioxidant promoter & free-radical scavenger in the body (great for when using methyl orals)?

That alone couldn't hurt if you're not using TUDCA right now. Tiny Tony always runs plain ALA at 600mg-1g (much less potent than Na-R-ALA tho, obv, thus dosed much higher) as his sole cycle support on orals & says his bloods always come back fine.

I've also read (but could not find anything to back this part) that it may boost androgen receptor sensitivity, which would obv be beneficial while on exogenous androgens.

Haha thanks man Good luck on the PRs as well.

Also, just to chime in on the whole squat thing, I have been squatting for 11 years and honestly probably didn't get fully comfortable with my form until a few years back. It takes a lot of time to tinker and experiment with to find out what suits you. I also have a genetically bad back and have had 2 knee surgeries. With my current form, I can squat heavy all day with no issues. However, to get to this point, I have had plenty of mishaps due to my ego. There have been times where I was left pretty much laid out on the floor because of it. So to echo what Hyde was talking about: Start light and leave the ego at the door, watch those videos and pick up some helpful hints, and most of all get some experience under the bar and experiment to find what works for you.

Nobody has to squat, and it does come with risks and a lot of hard work. However, to me it has all been more than worth it. I am stronger because of it and I am absolutely convinced they have helped me keep size and strength in all areas through these past 2 years of shoulder issues.

Holy ish the pump came on fast today!!! Muscle's where so pumped it was painful, got to love being ON!! Epi is now bumped up to 50mg and Stano I'm going to leave at 800 unless I feel it needs to be increased. Also I added Vanillean today lets see if it helps me lean out even more :) No PR's tonight the pump was so good that I just crushed them with volume. Seeing a big difference in the mirror, maybe next week I'll give you guy's a teaser pic ;)

Also, after my last post preaching about squats I thought I should mention I wrecked my back squatting last night. My training partner was sweating all over the place and I slipped in the hole with 365 on my back. Could barely walk out of the gym.

Thank God for chiros. Told me my facet were out of place and fixed it right then.

Just kind of thought it was funny how fitting it was that it happened after I had just posted praising them. Love hate relationship

Added Vanillean yesterday and after the second dose I could feel it working, definitely has a thermo effect cause I was getting hot flashes and sweated a lot during cardio.. Tonight is legs so lets see if I can get another PR!!!

Legs

Oh Boy did I beat the crap out of my legs!!! The best part is that I'm not even sore, I love being ON!!! OK sit down cause I set a few PR's last night.. First I want to thank you guy's for the squatting tips. I watched the YouTube video so you think you can squat, it was awesome and I think I know what I'm doing wrong. My knees were going in on the way down and not out like they pointed out in the video. I didn't get under the bar yet but I loaded up the Hammer squat and killed it!! Also I tried Lecheck SpeedX3 and loved it !!! The first PW in a long too really impress me, energy and focus were spot on, can't comment on the pump cause my cycle is doing that, and it tasted great.. Only took 1.5 scoops but will be going for 2 tonight I want to give it a few more workouts before I'm sold on it but me likie so far :)

I was waiting for your leg extensions to come up some Caz - knew you had this in you, and won't be suprised to see 8 reps at 200 before very long at all. Your leg curls on the other hand are nuts. I usually use around 130 for 12 reps if I recall (haven't done either in a month or two).

DB rows are sick; my new gym has dbells up to 200 (as opposed to 100) so I finally am rowing 115x10 and was so happy about this...then you come in and HULK SMASH!!! Great progress here as well man; you're really making this cycle your biotch.

Rasp Lem Speed X3 was my go-to pre if I needed some stim on my last cycle. Tastes awesome/works fast & well. Didn't use the 2nd half of the tub when I came off tho & it clumped so bad it was trash like a month after (sealed whole time). Use it til it's gone or it might be wasted!
