Shoulders and Tri's

So I'm in full beast mode :evil: weights are just flying around, just when I think I'm done another rep is there!! Started a GVT workout last night but I did it wrong so I'm going for it again tonight.. I'm 1 week in and my muscles feel hard as rocks, got a little lower back pain but thats because I've been out in the heat all afternoon and didn't drink enough water. Downing cups of H2o right now as I type.. Bumped Stano to 800mg today and I'm loving it, first time using Stano and it's got my libido sky high and no lethargy which I normally get with Epi. So far hair line is fine with no sign of shedding, I 'm using a Shampoo just in case.. I'm not listing the workout cause it was so F'd up that it not worth it. Here is a pic of what the routine looked like the common letters were super sets.. Back is getting murdered tonight so look for a PR..

GVT Back day.

Main movement:
Close grip bb row (v bar)- 115x10x10
Accessory work:
Lat pull down- 90x12x4
Face pull- 40x12x4
Meadows row- 25x10x3

Threw in an additional back movement, got to do more pulling than pushing to correct these shoulder issues.

All i can do is laugh when i step on the scale, seriously... let me explain. Since the day i started (6/21/13) ive put just over eight lbs on and im not even halfway through the bottle. Makes me smile like a child in an arcade.

Anywho... heres what i ate today

Bfast
1/2c oats
2tbsp choco choco pb
8oz 2% milk
1 scoop protein

Snack
1/2c nature valley granola (oats and honey)

Lunch
5oz steak
200g potato
2tbsp light sour cream

Snack
Same as above

Intra w/o
2 scoop powerade powder

Post w/o
10oz 2% milk
1 scoop protein

Post w/o meal
255g cubed hashbrowns w/peppers
3 jumbo eggs
Ketchup

Dinner
2 slices oatmeal bread
4tbsp hummus
4oz 93/7 organic ground turkey
Salad w/ croutons, parmesan cheese and italian dressing

Straight beastin on food lol ive been taking 2g celery seed with my lunch, and my cycle support with my post w/o shake. Ive got some bulk NAC as well, if my pee gets any darker ill throw an additional gram of nac in daily.

And if youve never followed any of my other logs, then let me go ahead and say dis right cheer... i weigh EVERYTHING. Its hibitual now.. cant help it.

Last thing.. ive moved all my foam rolling to night time. Roll the muscle group out the night before i work it, more convienent this way.

Ummmm....no :( She sort of forgave me for my mess-up, but in a "this was the excuse she needed to stop seeing me since she was scared of having a bf anyway" sort of way. Even tho I in no way asked her to be with me, I think she was scared cuz she was lovin' my shiz so much & she was fresh on the rebound.

I was totally content to ride that rebound train, but she got cold. Haven't talked to her in over a wk.

Think I'm joining a hardcore gym tomorrow...the dumbbells go to 200 I believe, maybe higher. Iron plates, big egotistical sonsofbitches, can chalk anything type of joint. I didn't count, but there must have been about 97 lat machines; never seen so many different pieces of equipment. Posters of Mr. Olympias all over and crap - joint is dirty & serious lol

Hellz ya. Our dbs go to 150.. pretty small and grimey gym. I like it, owner use to compete in bb'ing and holds a couple records for the show me state games. Hes a beast.
 
So who do you know that gains 6.5 lbs in 8 days of an Epi/Stano stack while eating only 2,200 cals a day and doing cardio??? Stepped on the scale and i'm now 220.5 !!!! Holy ish!! not bloat at all and the waist line keeps shinking..

Epi/ stano is a very nice combo. Had very nice gains on it.

On the subject of hardcore gyms, this is only the second one I've ever been to.... but I can def say it's way motivating to be training around people who are a lot bigger/stronger. It's good to be the lil fish in the dark, dangerous ocean cuz it forces you to get tougher....I'm already starting to feel like a bigger fish in a smaller pond at my health club in town. That's sad. I haven't seen a single person pull more weight than me on deadlift at my gym yet, ever (although there is a guy who I know has 10lbs on me; big whoop).

I considered this today! I'm fairly certain I'm gonna do 1 bottle of m1a to launch the cycle...considering bridging into orastan-a for a 6wk methyl run, or contemplating running dienazone or lmg or even tvar for 7-8wks with the m1a kicking things. Ostarine will be run with either cycle, and either stano or 4ad (have both on hand). I'm really scared of the progestins tho; I seriously wonder if I'll be able to control the gyno (even with Prami full-time). I would use 1dhea for 6-8wks as the non-toxic size/strength agent instead of a progestin, but I need a cycle off from it (plus no sense in running pro-1test with pro-methyl-1test, right?).

This is going to go down as my ATF cycle, just loving everything about it! Strength is climbing every workout, continuing to lean out while gaining weight. Stano has my mood very positive and level headed, no lethargy and sex drive is porn star like!! No lifting tonight but ill hit the treadmill after the fireworks!! Happy 4th!!

Squatting takes practice; a big part of it is learning the form & starting reeeeeally light while you practice. Everybody wants to get under a bar & squat 7 pps for reps today, but nobody takes the time to consider that the only ppl doing that have been patient enough to train the backsquat for years & years.

If you have the interest in it, I say watch Elite FTS's So You Think You Can Squat on youtube & start doing a few quick sets with 135 practicing form 1-2 workouts/wk before you ever begin the workout (can do this as a warmup or as a quick prelude to arm day, doesn't matter in the slightest cuz it's so light & quick). Just spend 10 min practicing the lift & getting comfy w/ depth with superlight weight. Use 95lbs if you have to, don't even make it about work at all.

Yeah man!! Killing it if I do hammer squats I can move a house, but put a bar on my back and I turn into a girl!! I'll never figure it out.. Just think over 4.5 weeks left :)

Some choose to never squat. Nothing wrong with that if you're not competing. Stick with other exercises if it floats your boat otherwise check out Elite FTS like Hyde mentioned. Tons of literature and videos by those sick fuks

I know it's not a big deal but its just another goal of mine.. Give me a reason to push myself and keep gaining !

Yesterday was an off day and kept the diet clean. Spent most of the day in the pool. Today was cardio only, taking the family to see fireworks again!! Your boys abs are starting to really pop!!
There will be NO off days the rest of this cycle!!
