Whooped legs tonight. Foam rolled for a solid 10-15mins before heading out.

Squats- 135x8x2 205x5 245x5 260x4 (shot for five, last rep i dropped wayyyyy to low and had to dump it)
Jeffersons- 10x8 20x6x3 (lbs per side)
Hack squat- 45x8 55x8 65x8x2 (lbs per side)
Leg ext- 60x10x3
Lying leg curl- 30x10 40x8x3
Bb stiff ham- barx10x4
*various calf and ab work

Still hittin my self with 100mcg lr3. Im movin into my last vial, so roughly 10 more days of lr3. I may start my alpha 20 sooner than expected. My dermacrine came in today, and i already have my cycle support and im ordering my torem soon. Well see what happens...

Peptides dont effect hormones my man. Ive been off since that sd run (mid feb) so my receptors are fully recovered :D

Are you doing jefferson lifts? like the deadlift between the legs? I used to do those in high school and they were brutal

So I'm kind of in between workout right now... Not really following any set routine just been going in and doing whatever I feel like.. Just unsure of what workout to jump on, plus I'm going on vacation all next week so I don't want to start anything new right now.. Still feeling great and set a PR on Pec deck out of no where.. I counted my pills last night and I have 6 more days left, man this went by fast.. Everything is still the same sex drive is high, endurance is way up, and looking leaner.. What else could you ask for.???

Why follow a set routine anyways. I never have. I follow compound lifts and I'll vary the accessory work rep counts rests and anything else one could think of. Looking in the mirror I'd say it works

Sometimes I like to follow a routine cause it may give me a new exercise or an different approach to reps and sets.. I normal end up changing it anyway to what suit me.. I'm kind of a creature of habit and without following a different workout once and awhile I find myself doing the same thing over and over..

Ive came to the conclusion that, since lr3 has roughly a 20-24hr half life, it doesnt matter when you pin it. MGF gets released postworkout but, lr3 is active ALL day so i just pin it pre workout :D

Beastly chest pump along with biceps. Have some mad veinage poppin in my biceps and forearms. Have about ten days left with my lr3, but i have three more vials on the way :) for my pct after my alpha 20 run.

That's what I call any combo of chest/shoulder/arm hypertrophy-only work.... since chest & arms are my weakpoints right now (although been working to fix that!) I have a bro day every chance I have time/urge for a hypertrophy routine. So much fun...

Alpha 20 is taking the back burner. Ironflex supplements was generous enough to let me log their stenzine (10mg dmz, 10mg msten) 60cap bottle.

Soooooo looks like itll be dermacrine and stenzine for my first round of bulking until feb :D

Congrats on your Sten-zine upcoming Tyga, & your new position as IronFlex rep big Caz! What a great way to kick off a dual steroid log - Tyga on the Stenzine & their new rep Caz on their Stano keeping his soldier at attention & energy up on Epistane for 6wks.

Bet you're gonna have some awesome pumps & fullness on Stenzine; Msten at 24mg had me pumped like never before. Veins & fullness round the clock with some fatloss to boot! Should help control fat gain on an all-out bulk.

I know right? But I did do those HIIT sprints today after work, 20 sec on 90 sec off in my alley today like I said...it was an ass-kicker. I wouldn't have done it without the log; glad I got the stones to just do it. Now it won't be weird in the future for me.

On a mission to fix these shoulder/scapula issues! Had a great pump goin, didnt set any prs or anything but everything felt great (movement/contraction wise)

Special sauce

Last meal will be
3oz shrimp with garlic & herb seasoning cooked with coconut oil and a salad w/ provolone cheese and ranch dressing
