Whooped legs tonight. Foam rolled for a solid 10-15mins before heading out.
Squats- 135x8x2 205x5 245x5 260x4 (shot for five, last rep i dropped wayyyyy to low and had to dump it)
Jeffersons- 10x8 20x6x3 (lbs per side)
Hack squat- 45x8 55x8 65x8x2 (lbs per side)
Leg ext- 60x10x3
Lying leg curl- 30x10 40x8x3
Bb stiff ham- barx10x4
*various calf and ab work
Still hittin my self with 100mcg lr3. Im movin into my last vial, so roughly 10 more days of lr3. I may start my alpha 20 sooner than expected. My dermacrine came in today, and i already have my cycle support and im ordering my torem soon. Well see what happens...
