mattys4 just bridged off IML's Msten @ 20mg e/d into 40mg e/d of Blackstone's M1A.... so far he's loving it, and he's a week out from contest. Says hasn't lost an ounce of muscle since on it, strength is already thru the roof, & he's looking absolutely shredded still.
Oh def, blast n cruiser all the way. But what's relevant here is his strength increases - nothing else has changed, & he's in a caloric deficit. Just sayin, if you find yourself lifting the whole gym, I told you so :hump:
Epi & Stano will have you so freakin' tight & vascular you'll be straight freak after all the fat you've already sliced off Caz. Epi was my first cycle, only had one bottle & progressed from 30 to 40mg over 26 days. It was fantastic, gained 6lbs of muscle & 1lb of water that fell off day or two after cycle - but that stuff is dryyyyyy; start preloading Glucosamine & Chondroiton now since it takes 2 wks to load (although I recommend anyone who lifts cruise on it, period), up the dose 50% over recommended on cycle, up your fishoil 50% while on (I was taking 12/day), & avoid heavy bench like the plague. You're gonna pop joints you didn't know you had you'll get so creaky, & elbows or knees may become a serious issue. Stick to bodybuilding style routines (although my strength went thru the roof wks 3 & 4). 40lbs on your squat & deadlift & 20 on bench in 3.5wks is serious. But go 5-6wks if you can handle it, start at 40mg & don't be shy to try 50 or 60 if it's treating you really well.

I've run EPI before and loved it, dosed at 45 for 4 weeks. It was one of my first runs and felt strong as hell.. Your right it does beat up on the joints but I'll OD on joint supps.. I'm going for 6 weeks with Stano dosed per bottle.

Lol i want to lift the whole gym. But, he doesnt give full discloser on what hes running. He doesnt even mention hes on test, but between our pm's he did. So i take his logs with a grain of salt...

Glad you're in the strength club for Epi; that was my favorite part but apparently a lot of guys don't respond that way and just grow & heal faster & harden...which is awesome, but who doesn't wanna curl more weight?
It just rolled thru about 8:45 and is only dribbling now at 9:40, but boy you'd have thought the trees were gonna fall down, it flash-flooded the road no problem, & we got some light hail. Hope my whips are alright outside, but got that $0 deductible on comp for that reason![]()
Legs This was Fridays workout.. Gym is only open until 10 so a got a quick leg session in. Legs felt all kinda of pumped and for the first time I saw veins In my quads!! Couldn't be happier with this stack right now.. Sat and Sun are off days

I missed my dose of slintropin at lunch because i took my mom to the lake to shop for her birthday. So i double the dose post workout, which worked since i had 70g of carbs and im about to plow down 30g more.
Ive been havin awesome muscle contractions, with a serious increase in endurance. Lclt is good stuff. Another thing, joints arent doing to bad anymore..
Also, tomorrow im going to try the lr3 pre workout and see what all the riff raff is about.
I have started focusing on scapular retraction during back work as well and it has made a night and day difference in my middle back developement
I've been proud of myself, as I've really cleaned up my diet since I've come off cycle (and it was a lot cleaner on cycle than the offtime before that!) & I know it's directly from hanging around you guys on here. Been paying more attention to my macros besides total protein, & cutting out processed stuff much more except cheat meals. Even my simple carbs are clean now, mainly fresh/dried fruits w/out extra sugar or lean dairy mainly. Got sirloin with a bag of romaine & a couple avodcados for work meals tomorrow, & that's the norm now as far as cleanliness. I feel better even.
Cut out a ton of dairy, I have lean cheeses as necessary & lactose-free skim pre or postworkout some (or plain greek yogurt blended into something) & it's made a big difference, and condensing my carbs to several meals instead of spread over all of them & cranking my pancreas all day.

I pressed 275 on flatbench for a single yesterday.... lol I've got some work to do so catch up with you man!

Its always the worst when you can start to see the bottom of the bottle on a good run of something. I immediately go order more and feel better.

Guys' I'm looking for a new BCAA the thing is I love to drink a Lemon flavor drink during my lifts.. Something about that flavor that quenches my thirst.. Just can't do a melon or berry flavor intra workout.. I've been using Recover Pro by AI, the taste is unreal but the quality is so so..

Why not go for bulk bcaas from nutra? Or look at truenutrition and buy bulk bcaa and pick your flavor![]()
I liked endurance but for inta workout I just can't drink melon flavors not that endurance wasn't good. For some reason when I'm really pushing myself only water or a lemon flavor will do, otherwise I get an upset stomach?? No idea why.. Orange may work but I'll have to try it first.. I checked out truenutrition, cool stuff you order from there??
