I liked endurance but for inta workout I just can't drink melon flavors not that endurance wasn't good. For some reason when I'm really pushing myself only water or a lemon flavor will do, otherwise I get an upset stomach?? No idea why.. Orange may work but I'll have to try it first.. I checked out truenutrition, cool stuff you order from there??
Ive gotten support stuff from them before. Never ordered bcaas...
I understand, something about lemon is thirst quenching when your sweating lol
The orange flavor is much lighter and very refreshing
