I liked endurance but for inta workout I just can't drink melon flavors not that endurance wasn't good. For some reason when I'm really pushing myself only water or a lemon flavor will do, otherwise I get an upset stomach?? No idea why.. Orange may work but I'll have to try it first.. I checked out truenutrition, cool stuff you order from there??

Ive gotten support stuff from them before. Never ordered bcaas...

I understand, something about lemon is thirst quenching when your sweating lol

The orange flavor is much lighter and very refreshing

Xtend is more electrolytes than bcaa I thought. If its got the right ratios you prefer go for it. I've never had lemon, but the other flavors are legit

But it does make a difference for me, especially on cycle - even with 5g of Taurine 4x day, 1.5-2gal water, & lots of sweet potatoes with the skin for all the potassium (way more than nanners), I would occasionally cramp in my hams/calves BAD. Xtend & low-cal G2 in every workout did the trick, & using the rest of the tub intra right now. It makes a slight difference; I feel more refreshed & more of a revival than using Nutrex's Defy Black (and Defy tasted like ass).

Compete by iForce honestly made a noticeable difference; it's got some hydrosylate for anti-catabolism which is basically why you're using BCAAs and they have a Lemon flavor to boot. I used Tangerine & 1 scoop out of the 50 scoop tub got it done; I was sorry to see it go. I'd pick this over Xtend unless you're on cycle & need more electrolytes really bad.

Endurance tasted great but you said Melon ain't your deal, so it's Orange or bust there....

Well, not only is carb cycling effective but, the supplements are legit as well. Since the day i started carb cycling and these supplements ive lost 7lbs. My strength hasnt declined in the slightest its actually improved.

Going back to pinning my lr3 in the morning. No more pre workout shots

I haven't purchased an amino product in years but I remember watermelon xtend being the tits back in the day. I would mix up a giant pitcher and literally drink it like kool aid

What a workout, I can't remember the last time I set this many PRS.. Like I said the entire week I just feel like a beast!! The weight is moving with ease. Those hack squat #s are huge for me never attempted this much before. My leg strength is about 5 times what it was only a year ago. I finally don't feel like a girl on leg day!!!

The little guy is handling it well, much better than we expected!! Hopefully this will help him, he has had 4 ear infections in the last 5 months!!

I bet your upper back was cooked after that baby! What handle/grip setup do you use on the seated rows? Like is it a close-grip D-handle or a wide bar with an overhand grip, or a hammer strength machine you mean? Jw, I've found grip width/position/angle totally changes all my rows & pulls incredibly.

The seated rows are part of the scapular rehab/prehab work. Its a pronated med grip.

I do switch my grips a lot though on various back exercises.
 
Chest /bi's & Tri's Friday night workouts are what I like to call my bro pump night!! Lol. No cardio, lite weight and only 45 mins to get it done. I just mix up a bunch if stuff since I already hit every body part for the week.. Sat & Sun will be off days may try to get some cardio in..

Bro day was this morning....upper chest, tris & bis. Utilized the Dog Crap method CatDiesel brought up the other day with his 5/3/1 work...everything after my incline bb press & flat db presses were just one mega-set per exercise. Pick a weight you can get like 12-17 with max effort, go to said failure, rest 30 sec, go to failure, another 30 sec, & one more set to failure. Never gotten 5-6 exercises done in such a brutally efficient time period. You have to go a bit lighter but you get done in maybe 40% of the time, and the muscles feel worked HARD after a single mega-set & you'll be sweating. Motivating music was a must to go all out over & over. Even had time to bust some intense cardio out for 10 min after thanks to DC.

Ty CatDiesel for turning me on to this! You guys should give it a whirl if you haven't ever.

Awesome man glad you tried it out and enjoyed it. It has been a great change of pace and is a lot of fun to try to break previous rep challenges etc. I feel it adds a little bit of extra conditioning as well. Wait until leg day.... Literally sent me and my workout partner both to the bathroom to puke. We may have had a few drinks the night before as well though.

I walk into this thread & BAM! My willpower is assualted...breakfast was Humapro, Casein, & 1tbsp of coconut oil....next 3 meals were a bag of frozen geenbeans, 20oz ground 93 turkey, & some unflavored almonds (divided over 3 meals evenly). I just had a syntha-6 shake w/ vanilla soy & felt kinda bad about it....until now lmao.
