No, but my elbows been creaky as hell. I guess im one of the lucky few who dont get the wrist problems?
-midsection is tightening up more
-appetite post shot is still outrageous but maintainable
-strength is slow but steadily raising
-sleep is deep REM, solid 8hr drool all over the bed sleep
-recovery is phenominal
-mild pulsations still around my temples post inject

Todays an "eat what i please" day. Had a pretty good sized pancake an hr ago. Ate my regular breakfast though.

I took a day off too, feels odd eh? Lol and im eating whatever i want!Yesterday and today both turned out to be days off. My four-year-old had two birthday parties one each day messed up the whole gym schedule. Monday's a new day and I'll be back at it. May try to get some cardio in tonight when the little guys go to sleep can't take three days off in a row just kills me

Tyga, you are a lucky fella my man. And as an aside, when you have some heavier dbells in your hands like that don't neglect to grab that last negative! Your TUT is stellar tho, just like your routines.
Caz, that workout was killer. And consider 3x5 or 5x5s for a bit on squat if you really wanna crank your power up - I always felt most of my leg size came from the volume I did on legpress, as squats I've always lifted 6 reps or less on work sets. So you should still be able to increase size steadily, but could drive your strength up faster potentially by using a power range on squat. If that even interests you of course.

Thought I'd give you guy's an update as to how I'm dosing everything now.. Still zero sides and the thinning around my waist has been awsome, I just had to move my belt in a notch!! Weight is at 215 as of this morning so I'm down 2 lbs. since the start. I'm turning this run into an all out cut, I just ordered some Clen and I've been eyeing at the 2 bottles of Epi sitting in my desk.. Not really sure what to do but one of these is getting added in. Any idea's fella's holla at your boy..
5 Alpha test: 5 per day
Alpha Bulk: 9 per day (may up this to 12)
550XD: 4 per day (may up to 6 or 8)
i think adding in another PH wouldn't be too beneficial at this point, but you could cycle the clen. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
placing an oversea's order for some SD, Winn and maybe some Dbol..

Why pre bro? I would think post is where it's at since post is all about maximizing gh response and insulin effects.
I get shaky and weak as hell if I don't eat within 35-40minutes of ghrp2 and that's supposed to stimulate hunger less than 6.
I always went immediately post workout with what you're taking Tyga. But you'll just have to try it out for yourself to find what works for you

You know that's right - every real meal a cheat meal - 7 total I believe and every one worth it. Returned 2lbs heavier but I barely look any fatter if at all and looking super full -thinking sodium & glycogen retention mainly (ran Humapro instead of shakes so that cut 1200 cal a day easy to help compensate also).
Memphis is rough, but there's some beautiful stuff & culture too.
