caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

Start with one cap. First go around i had with glycobol it made me poop forest green, close to diarreah lol second time around it was great lol glycobol and slintensity are my top two GDAs

So simple carbs are cool to count towards the required amount you think? Only used one serving thus far but used 2 caps today at lunch lol.

I think so, just popped a slin sane before I ate a slice of pizza!! Carb up for a hefty back session tonight!!
 
Actually sounds really familiar to need2slin, well, the green poop and diarrhea for me a couple times actually as I'm eating my beef vegetable stew hahah. Very tempted to pick up glycobol or slin-shot, they pretty the same or is glycobol better? Indefinitely staying away entirely from those n2fckuover supps (not third party just them), sorry.

Cant comment on slinshot since ive never used it, but slintensity and glycobol are good ish. Read good things about slinshot tho

Great, because that'll make it way more versatile for my purposes. I often eat complex carbs but not usually 50-100 in a sittin, more like 30-40ish as I eat often.

Caz- i saw you mentioned osta earlier as part of a cut. And i know tyga and sin have used this as part of cuts as well.

I know everything is diet dependent, but is osta also good as a bulker?

I don't know it to be used as a bulk. From what I've heard it's good to preserve and add some lean muscle.

If you stack it maybe with MK-667 you'd def get a nice bulk outta that.

Otherwise by itself, caz is right, in my opinion it's pretty much the best thing preserving muscle during deficits, you will add some lean muscle and there's no sides at all; maybe slight suppression if you extend past 8wks of 25mg.
 
Thanks for the input guys. I'll keep the osta for a future recomp and look into something else for my bulk.

I like mk 677 dont get me wrong but, GHRH/GHRP would be something to add to a bulk. GHRP 6 to be exact since it stimulates ghrelin. You need a GHRH for the GHRP to be effective. If you can hack pinning, this would be an awesome addition to bulking.

677 stimulates ghrelin as well but not to the severity this pep combo does

Had a nice back session last night. The family ordered some pizza and pasta for dinner so I ate my normal dinner then decided to carb up for a hefty back session. I'm glad I did definitely benefited from the extra carbs and banged out a PR !!! I'm also enjoying the new split I came up with for the FST-7 workout. Just downed the sample of athletixs stim free preworkout. I can tell you right now, nobody likes to chew there pre workout lol

This is my first cycle so still wearing my PH pampers. Was planning on osta/mk (actually already have it on hand) but started thinking that i might not be getting the desired results...even on a surplus. I'm looking for about 7-10 lbs dry.

So I'm keeping those for later and looking into either Helladrol or Super DMZ 2. Not sure whether the latter would be for a beginner though.

Any thoughts?

Not sure. Taking a wait and see approach. Always made reasons for not crossing the line. Either work, family, money, etc. but as i get older i am realizing that there will never be a perfect time. I've been researching about 9 months or so. That includes diet and training as well. I've made more progress than in 15+ yrs of off and on lifting.

Super DMZ 2.0 isn't for someone's first run. First cycle should be as well-planned and intelligently run as possible, but at the end of the day it's a shakedown run & learning experience. Halo is always recommended for 1st run at 6 wks. Mine was Epi for 4, should have gone longer but it was still great and my liver protection sucked (needed TUDCA as piss got orange). Mag is another great 6wk 1st run, just a bigger gaining halo not as good for cutting. If you're still natty tho I'd recommend doubling the dose on AMS's 4AD & DecaSARM and running them 6-8wks - bet you'll gain 15 lbs, no joke. Buddy gained 12 in 4wks off 1AD & 4AD on his first run.

Save Msten, DMZ, M1A, Sdrol, M14ADD & things more toxic or with more sides to manage for a second or third run.

Meh. Orals are orals. Pick one based on your overall goals. Toxicity difference is pretty much anecdotal. Take plenty of NAC, drink lots of water and watch your carbs on SD or you'll want to rip your kidneys out.

I agree that liver toxicity may be the same but different oral definitely carry different side and some much worse than others. Of course on cycle support and Pct must be on point. DMZ was much harder on my body than halo.

Its all about knowing the sides and mitigating them effectively. Just my opinion though!

This. My first cycle was SD +22lbs kept 17lb it was crazy. I blew up, that and another cycle got me around/above 170lb

Beast - can you elaborate on that? I understand that your body can build a tolerance to repeated use of a compound, but the way you say it almost seems that the first cycle is where you reap the most gains.

Would look into true AAS but no access. I agree AAS beats PH hands down.

You know how any drug you have to keep cranking the dose up to see the same results, or use harder drugs? Same thing here - think how drunk someone can get so easily the first time they drink, with zero tolerance.

If you really do your research, buy the supports, the research chems, know what to dose when & why, have a basic understanding of all the hormones you're playing with and how these drugs & your chems work in the body - and are willing to be a man and tough the sides - I say go straight for the throat and use something like Super DMZ 2 with both Msten and DMZ and start eating/lifting.

hyde could not have said it better. as far as access to the standard old school aas just look harder my man. unless your in a country where its extremely difficult to import/smuggle you'll be able to find them. dudes literally everywhere get them. hell, i was popping orals that i had mailed to me in afghanistan on a military installation.

Actually had a decent leg workout despite the quad "injury." Didnt lift anything heavy tonight, volume work and TUT

Plowed down food after my post workout shot lol. The enhance kind of (very minor) supresses my hunger but 20mins after my shot, BANG, hungers full throttle.

Hittin chesticules and thee ol biceps, lil abdominals as well.

Dont know if i want to risk taking the free sample of the stim athletix (the non stim was junk, so i have a pre disposed opinion now) or body rush (samples came with my last order) my enhanced or left over prodigy... decisions decisions lol
