man, I've just had some stresses the past few days.

Quick run down of last nights squat training:
This was all after playing my first game of softball for the year. Pretty decent session after running.
main: conventional BB squats 3 sets x 4 reps (used 315lb again, but stayed deep)
secondary: front squat 3x8-10 (stuck with 135lb, but had a pause at the bottom)
secondary: narrow stance smith squat 3x8-10 (2 plates, deep)
All movements were sufficient weight, but wanted to concentrate more on sitting into the movement. Sometimes I focus on throwing on too much weight and sacrifice an inch or two on the depth.
Anyway, I've been at 2700-2750 calories on workout days, but since the Pink is here I may move up to 3000, the 250 cal difference will more than likely come from an extra T-Food ****tail and a couple extra grams of Fish oil, and I'll see how I respond.

Carpee, don't go into this expecting anything, let it happen naturally and pay attention to what your body tells you. I just kept adding more weight and reps when I would normally be struggling to finish but that is what my body told me to do. Every workout is not going to be ground breaking but I can tell you many of them will be! :smite:

Prime 6/9
Pink Magic 6/9
TNA 6/ed
Anabolic Pump 3/ed
This in my eyes would take people to places unseen in strength and body composition. The only other addition I would consider would be something like Stoked or maybe Post Cycle Support (stronger than Stoked yet $2 more...). This would be as optimized as you can get in my eyes and one day it will happen, you better believe it! Or if you're ballin' out of control and fear no amount of test, throw in PowerFULL for utter insanity purposes.

Here is my thought on this in the big picture. Even though you are going to kick much ass with this stack here. What do you do for 6 weeks after this? I mean yeah you can go off of stuff all together, let your receptors develop a little more sensitivity.
Another option would be a rolling stack of the ingredients you picked there. Say 6-8 weeks of the PRIME, PM and Anabolic Pump and maybe even PowerFULL. Then do 6-8 weeks of TNA, PowerFULL, and Anabolic Pump. Throw in STOKED! with that and you have a FUGGING PHENOMINAL Test stack where you are not repeating ingredients but setting them up to work synergistically. Theoretically you should be able to continue on with this progression as the androgen receptors would get down time during the PRIME, Pink Magic stack and then the body would have a chance to resensitize to those products as you are on your test boosting stack for 6-8 weeks. Of course this also depends on the MoA of Pink Magic.
Of course Fin you have to also keep in mind I am competitive so I want to be on an anabolic stack as long as possible throughout the year without causing negative side effect. Which explains why I look at it that way.

great workout overall. Minus I kept getting stopped by people who wanted to talk...
4 reps was fun on the rows, felt like a monster haha.
Can't wait to get into the 2nd and 3rd weeks of Pink.

have had some stresses lately. Girlfriend and I broke up and school's getting closer to finals.
Still getting everything done though.
Yesterday was day 7 on Pink and this week happens to be sets of 1 for the main lifts.
main: squat 365 x 1 (3 sets)
secondary: front squats 3x15
secondary: sled 3x15
Yesterday was not bad, recovery has been great. Usually the next day my legs are blasted, but today has been a breeze.
Tonights agenda:
main: barbell rows
secondary: lat pulldowns
secondary: seated cable rows
I decided this will probably be my only microcycle of GST, I just don't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I'm undecided as to what I'll go back, but I'd like a little more volume while on the Pink stuff.
I really think that Pink will shine with a routine that has a lot of volume. I can go through a whole HST routine just killing every exercise from start to finish and have more to give. That tends to be only 18 set or so, BUT with HST you are taxing the whole body so that gives you an idea of what I am getting at Carpee.
I loved HST. I've considered running that again, but I really would rather stick with a 4 day routine. I may go back to the push pull style.
I was speaking more from a volume standpoint, there are plenty of routines that are excellent on a 4 day type routine. I prefer 3 day splits or HST, it works with my schedule and body a lot better.
Yea I definitely wanna up the volume. My body responded to HST very well.
So does mine, I am going to go back and re-run it for six weeks here unless I feel absolutely crazy enough to run Kleen's warrior workout schematic. Not sure I am 100% on that yet, may save it for my test filled PCT with Prime!
