Capping your bulks

I am interested in getting for the house:
DAA
Yellow Gold
Raspberry Ketones

I have never capped before and have no idea how to do it or even what gel caps to buy. I do not want to buy a ton of gel caps and then have to take 8 caps to get my dose and I do not want to over cap. What would you guys recommend for my first time capping

So would you guys be able to tell me how to measure out the RK and the Yellow Gold without capping or using a scale. My scale only measures in whole grams.

Mine bulk powders have always stated XXX tsp/tbsp = XXX grams.
