Cannibal Genius Vs. Focus XT (caffeine version)

mpkonig

Board Supporter
Has anyone taken both of these products and can compare them. Ive been taking Focus XT for study purposes and its seems to be doing good for me but effects may be dulling a little (or maybe im just used to the feeling) and may need to switch off and try something new since I have to study for my State boards for PT licensure. Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

Both products have their merits. Cannibal Genius seems to be underdosed in some ingredients while other ingredients are at a decent dose. Focus XT is still a better product overall, and if anything, Cannibal Genius would be a decent product to stack with Focus XT if money isn't an issue because they don't overlap much in terms of ingredients.

well...when it comes to my career and financial well-being....spending a little extra money to get the best results and making alot more money because of it is well worth it...hehe

thanks again.

Np at all, feel free to ask anything else. Good luck with your boards.

At 3 caps a day, the only properly dosed things in Genius are ginkgo and noopept. So I'd say focus xt is a better choice

You could add 500mg of ALCAR to FXT and add nopept for an enhanced experience.

If you're also looking to 'feel' increased focus, try adding some stims like caffeine.

If you want, you could also build your own Focus stack by buying bulk AlCAR, Huperzine a and Choline.

We at SNS sell all 3 and I can attest to their quality; however whoever you decide to buy from, feel free to PM me if you need any further help

Pretty cool formula there with Cannibal Genius. I hadnt paid any attention to that line, honestly the name and packaging turned me off. Spending a little time on their site now has me rather impressed though. It isn't all that often you see a company come out of nowhere with multiple nootropics and genuinely interesting formulation like these rather than just me-too category fillers.

Just googled the label for Cannibal; it has some good ingredients in there for sure.

I lol'd though at this label breakdown though (in grams)

Alpha GPC- 0.3
Ginkgo Biloba- 0.24
Acacia Rigidula- 0.2
Sulbutiamine- 0.2
Bacopa- 0.1
ALCAR- 0.1
Theanine- 0.1
Noopept- 0.04
Vitamin D3- 0.00125

I lol'd because it would have made more sense to list them in mg rather than gram. For one it makes it easier to read and two, 'higher' numbers make it seem higher dosed. What seems more? 1000mg or 1g?

The label I saw was completely different

this one was posted on this forum. I just recall the post and searched for it. I'll have a look for a newer one

Dosages seem to be half of what I listed above. Perhaps 2 caps is recommended serving.

They are actually good guys that started from nothing

For reference, alpha gpc is usually dosed 8x higher.

Ginkgo is usually at 120mg but that's the 24/6 extract. This isn't even extracted.

Acacia rigidula, when unextracted, has virtually no active constituents so the dose won't matter.

Sulbutiamine needs roughly 50x a higher dose.

Bacopa needs to be extracted, and even then, a high extract is dosed 6x higher than this.

ALCAR needs roughly 40x a higher dose.

Theanine dose is fine.

Naringin and bioperine have no place in the formula because none of the actives listed are heavy PGP substrates.

Noopept dose is good.

Vitamin D just doesn't make sense.

It seems well-intentioned, the doses are just off.

Lol that is odd

So do you think cannibal can be stacked with Focus Xt like synapsin said?

If you really want to stack one of the cannibal products with Focus XT (Jiigzz provided some excellent recommendations earlier of SNS products), the davinci product is definitely the way to go.

I ended up ordering 2 bottles of Genius during the NP sale, mainly because of convenience since I'd be carrying it around with me and dealing with powdered ingredients generally doesn't work well this way. The cost ends up being not too far off from buying capped theanine, noopept and A-GPC in similar doses which work well for me. I'll probably still be keeping ALCAR handy though.

Never tried Focus XT, probably should've added some in my recent order but I forgot about it.

Meh, if you want capped nootropics, I like going to Smart Drugs for Thought. Reasonably priced, everything is capped. Quality is consistent and good.

I have tried Focus XT, and really didn notice much. I may try again before I study or something....only taken it before work lol

Dosing on FXT can be tricky. Food has always played a crucial role in FXT dosing, as in i really need an empty stomach to get that tunnel vision. I like to toss in ALCAR and ephedrine as well. Both are really cheap for fantastic benefits.

Some people don't respond much to the acute effects, however after running a couple tubs back to back dosing 1 scoop daily, many reap the benefits.

Focus xt and cannibal genius stack seems to be working well....tried to talk to cannibal rep about possibly stacking genius and da vinci together and he had no clue...so that kinda got put aside for now...thinking about maybe adding piracetam to mix or demiurge once or twice a week for those marathon study days...

oh...btw..passed the laws exam...so now i have about 6 weeks to study for state boards...want to try and purchase whatever i need for the long haul by next thursday so any opinions are greatly appreciated.

Acacia has active constituents, they would just require an impossible extraction to obtain in high enough dose. ;)
