OK so on June 25 my gym is doing a lifting comp to help with a charity called Spirit League. They do sports and activities for kids with autism. The gym owner knows about the Charity I am starting called Re-Forged Warriors. He is also in the military, he is talking to some of the people who help fund and support Spirit League and will be introducting me to them. I will be lifting to raise money for the kid and to network my charity. I have some guys at my gym interested in my charity so this is really taking off.

OK so we raised a little over a thousand dollars for the Spirit League between 5 of us. I lifted a total of 1085lbs. I felt great to help and just to lift for fun with some good friends. I met so people who want to hear more about Re-Forged Warriors. I am getting pics rounded up so sometime soon pics will be up.
 
Crap so forgot these. I will be posting them first thing in the morning. Thanks for keeping me up on my word.
