exactly that, its that time when we all plan our cuts, some of us have got more than others

besides all the burners and what not (besides clenvis i dont care for any really),

on a 6-8wk+ cut, what are the staples you guys use to help maintain as much muscle as possible and stave off the catabolic nature of a cut?

from prewo supps for energy, to cortisol, to vitamins, what aminos and so on

For creatine I like Green Mag,

Then Xtend for aminos,

and LX for cortisol.

EC for stims

and playing around with idea of erase as an AI while cutting

Shred Matrix is an essential part of any period where I am aiming for fat loss - I say "fat loss" instead of "cut", because I almost perpetually recomp and rarely "cut".

With Shred Matrix, I use the rest of my staples:
* IGF-2
* Assault
* Erase
* MuscleGel Shots
* Alpha-T2
* Lipotrophin-PM
* BC+EAA

I 2nd the bcaa's, Ibcaa's to be exact. MAP protein around workouts, waking..anything to preserve muscle mass. Our Androlean is goin to amazing for cutting btw.
 
Multivitamin
BCAAs
2000mg creatine (wont bloat you, good for mass retention)
Erase for cortisol and estrogen control throughout

As far as stimulants go, something with caffeine should be a staple

i do something similar...i dont want anything suppressive like the androlean, itll fk up my plans for test/tren later on.....i squashed the idea of using ostarine for the same reason, at 25mg ED +...im convinced its suppressive

i keep meaning to try the erase, it seems rock solid as a supp, that would actually work better than the androlean along with the normal stuff....i just never get around to ordering it

im running out of glycocarn, n probably switch to creatine nitrate

iv got clenvis line up, then maybe cyx3, its the t3 that inspired me to start this thread
