Day 8
I may be on to something here...let me explain...
Friday, when I was getting dressed to leave for the gym, my girl kept staring at me, and I could see her through the mirror....I asked her why she was staring, and she said, "Your chest, arms and stomach are tightening up. Looks like your workouts are kicking in, plus that "hulk stuff" you take." Now, she has no idea what I'm using, she just knows that I use protein powders and different supplements. I thought she was full of sh*t until I took a closer look in the full-length mirror in the locker room at my gym after my workout. I did see some improvements! AND I seem to be getting a bit more "female attention" in the past couple of days. The thing is, something is DEFINITELY going on because, while I'm sure this is mostly "muscle memory," I NEVER begin to come back this quickly unless I'm on prohormones. That and the fact that I have some small acne on my upper arms and shoulders, so something androgenic is going on. I also learned one of Dream Weaver's/Kleen's tricks quite by accident over the weekend. I limit the carbs during the week, and during this weekend, I GORGED on carbs...of the dirty, junk variety, mostly because of the holiday weekend. I filled out like you wouldn't believe! It started to "spill over"/get a little sloppy when I added some fat (I guess fat and carbs don't really mix), so today I'm back to my normal diet. Wow! Back down to 8 Prime per day, but I wanted to saturate my receptors to kind of get a "jump start." The downside is, I have to seriously space out my intake of Natadrol, no more than 2-3 at a time, because Mr. Happy hasn't been too happy lately, if you know what I mean. This sometimes happens when I introduce new supps to my body. I had to stop taking DTP a few weeks ago because I had a seriously limp noodle, even with the "extras" I have for such occasions. It usually only lasts a week or two before things normalize, but I hate it nonetheless. It's either the Natadrol, the Stoked, or a combination of the two. Oh well, I'm going to see this through regardless. Today's workout was two-in-one (a double workout) since my gym had phucked-up hours due to the holiday. Workout went like this:
Back, Chest, Biceps
Lat Pulldowns: 5x13-15
Cable Rows: 5x 13-15
DB Bench Press: 5x15
Upper Cable C/O: 5x13-15
Concentration Curls: 5x15
I only did one exercise for arms because they already received plenty of work from the back exercises. Plus, I could do no more after my last set of concentration curls; I really pushed it to the limit.
Upon Waking: 6 sprays Ghenerate, 2 Stoked, 3 Prime
Before Leaving: Anabolic Switch creatine, 3 Natadrol, 2 Black Cats, 3 Incarnate
15 minutes prior to Workout: Anadraulic Pump
Intra-Workout: 3 scoops BC+EAA, 3 scoops Xtend
Post-Workout: 3 scoops Postal, 1 scoop Whey, 1 scoop Casein
I will mix up my meals but somewhat limit the carbs. Plenty of protein.
Will take 2 Prime and 5 HGHUp before bed.
Small strength increase so far, recomp is definitely occurring as my weight is holding steady at 326 lbs. So far, so good.
If I can swing the Stanodrol (DHT derivative), I will start it next Monday.
