Thanks teggie. I appreciate that. I'm trying to stick to the DC principal for my new workouts which is high intensity but low volume per body part correct? usually iwanna do 4-5 sets squats and leg press

Yes Pretty Much. I LOVE DC style just for the simple reason of being so intense since im a very intense balls to the wall kinda lifter. When you leave the gym you know you did something and itll show! I think something along SCs layout and DC is what you should be doing! You have gained the weight, and your strength is way up there. Now its time to take it to a whole new level, but only if your willing to put in that focus and intensity in! In it to win it brotha!
 
DC training is where it's at for me. I'll alternate doing it every other week or so, it's quite intense. I love the fact I'm not at the gym very long, but man, the results last!! Once I added the stretching, it seemed to take off. Log is still sweet man!!
 
WHY AM I NOT SHREDDED?!?!?!?! I supposedly have only 7% bodyfat, but I dont fell or look Shredded!!! Here is some bro science for ya:

I am not shredded because
A) Creatine Mono had my muscle bellies "puffy"
B) I usually do 6-9 reps on average
C) Genetics
D) I dont have 7% bodyfat, more like 10-12%

i love how your write off all my perfect supplimentation and dieting and lifting routines as "noob gains." I dont see many other people around here noob or not gaining 40 lbs in 4 months!

I said nothing about your diet or lifting routine! I think your putting too much emphasis on supplements is all.

Everyone eventually plateaus at some point, noob or vet. As for gaining it anyways, not if he didn't have everything in check. The real test is how well someone maintains the gains. I say hats off to him!!
 
I gotta agree with him saying noob gains, but unreal noob gains so you def did more than ur average noob so more power to u. Keep up the hard work.

REVIEW: Good intense workout today. Felt hardly any effects from L-dopa, maybe due to drinking it with my WMS. JP8 had me cruzing through the workout like usual.

Man I wish I could make some major changes quick but I have to drop A LOT of weight. Ya I have never looked like a vet in either gym I have gone to. Big Air Force base or dungeon gym :worried:
I got my Glycobol a few days ago but I am going to stack it with Prime, Powerfull, Purple Wrath, and ZMA.
 
good job buster. I through up current pictures in my log if you want to check them out. Honestly, they probably were newb gains (you did use supposedly great supplements though) which I am sure benefited you somewhat, but in reality supplements make minimal impact, hence the word supplement.


keep it up though, maintain and keep pushing forward!

oh no doubt buddy! i hit a plateau at 150 but now one really knowtice because i had DTH there to bring me to the 160's LOL. but thanks for encouraging me bud

just started glycobol yesterday so i cant really tell anything yet. But it for sure is giving me motivation to make sure i eat a lot more carbs hahahaha.
 
im pretty sore all over today from a mediocre workout yesterday. Either it is from the time off I took due to my chest injury, the glycobol made me somehow extra sore, OR DC TRAINING IS THE SHIZ. I want to think its the DC training but even my traps are sore, i didnt even workout my traps yesterday, i probably did but i didnt focus on them! They are even more sore than when i did shoulders and traps on monday!!! i wonder what it is?

NOTE: my ENTIRE back and even my traps are pretty sore!

DC training takes a lot out of me, I use a modified version of it. I usually have to do a 1 day on, 2 days off, or else my next workout is compromised. One of the exceptions is like the first weeek of doing it, I can sometimes get away with a back to back or 1 day lay off. It's very demanding and draining, but I make good gains from it. I might do it for a few weeks, then switch up to straight sets, tri-sets, or each body part twice a week, 1st time is compound, 2nd time is semi and full isolation. Enjoy!!
 
It totally normal to feel sore on Glycobol which is from the pumps that one receives from it. I am aching as I write!

WEIGHT: 163 (-2lbs so far due to coming off creatine)

Review: Good workout! I could feel the fact that I had no JP8 but i still powered through it. The glycobol is making me feel fuller and swollen all over. I took JP8 off today to get the full effect of glycobols pumps in the gym and the pump was different. Not like an argenine or NO pump but more like a swollness almost soreness in my muscles. It almsot felt like they were crampign and i needed to strech them or something! My girlfriend swears she can already see that im getting fuller muscle bellies. My obliques and my abs feel like they are poping out so much its rediculous, even hours and hours after my workout has been over. My obliques are poping out so far over my hip bone and my skin is really feeling tight. I am a little extra sore from yesterdays mediocre workout and i guess i have glycobol to thank for this according to andrew. It looks like I'm already gaining weight, cant wait to step on the scale tomarow!!!!!!!!

Maybe ANDREW could help me out if he sees this question. I know that guys got a ton of knowledge that hes not selfish with and he's familiar with products like Anabolic Pump and Glycobol.

Question: Should I cut out Waxi Maize Starch out of my supplementation completely while on glycobol? I have a complex carb suppliment that is far cheaper and from what i understand glycobol can only use complex carbs correct? So would taking waxi maize on glycobol be kind of a waste when i can take the complex carb shake and kill 2 birds with one stone while im doing it?


Thanks in advance to anyone knowledgable enough to help me out. Even if your not certain, oppionions or advice on what one would do in my situation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. (reps)
 
When I used AP, I stuck with solid food for complex carbs(oats mostly). If I was unable to get a meal in I would supplement w/ WMS. Solid food is always the best choice imo. Just throw some oats in a blender and drink that $hit!

maybe i'm misunderstanding this, but you take wms powo? don't take it with glycobol...? take your glycobol with your preworkout meal (should have a high amount of complex carbs) and with breakfast (should have the highest amount of complex carbs you'll take in that day) if you're like me and your preworkout meal and breakfast are the same thing then take it with your dinner or something else that's very dense in complex carbs...
 
Shouldn't totally matter its not gonna render the Glycobol "useless". It also depends on your body chemistry some people can handle more simple carbs others can't. The glycobol should still optimize the use of those carbs granted they are used in an efficient way.
 
yeah because WMS is simple carbs i figure its useless compared to complex carbs or like time said, SOLID FOOD! Eating tons of spegetti LOL

I already knowtice my muscles swelling up a little from glycobol but have not stepped on the scale to see if I have gained any weight. Glycobol encourages me to eat more! I have knowticed no energy or mood boosts like others are describing after taking a dose of glycobol.

I dont see why people pay $42 for a product like that when that's just part of the NOS ETHER matrix, and people think NOS ETHER is 2 expensive. I need to do better sales pitches in my write ups.

Yeah, i had no idea that nos ether was in any way shape or form even similar to glycobol.

Hey all, I feel that since I am currently using only 1 get diesel product, and I will be using other products soon, that the title of this thread no longer matches its content! I will be ending this threat with this as my last post. I might be starting a new thread!

JP8: The best pre workout sup I have ever tried!!!!! Amazing energy in the gym, stamina was off the charts. No crash, a slow taper back down no normal energy levels. I would call it motivation and drive in a tub!!! Great price / servings ratio. Cannot go wrong here!!!

Diesel Test Hardcore: I was very vascular on this sup. My strength was always going up every time I went to the gym. Agression and libido were very high. I felt a desire to keep squeezing out reps even when my muscles told me it is time for failure. The only negative I would not would be intense aggression on 3/4 tabs a day. The sweet spot for me seemed to be 2 tabs a day! Started this supp when I was stuck at a plateau, and after using this sup i smashed through my plateau and gained a total of 12lbs in one month.

Glycobol: Just started using this product but so far it looks promising. Already knowticing some little differences from all the carbs im eating.(3 days) To early to write a review or rate.
