murdered a leg workout today. So I added ~50g carbs (vitargo) to my ignite2.0 and that just brought it to a whole new level.

NOTES
* carbs + ingite=big win

Nice, that's what I have been doing the past month, with the 1 scoop Karbolyn. Afraid to stop haha

Haha I bet it tastes better with the karbolyn then the unflavored vitargo.....I tried mixing glycomyx in with my pre, wont be doing that again

Hahahaha yeah that stuff has an odd taste but I'll be using it in contest prep. It filled me up and didnt bloat me and had solid pumps & energy. It was a little hard to eat though in the evening....

I work out first thing in the morning at 5 A.M. so thats not really an option. However for my PM cardio thats what I do usually closer to an hour before though

holding on to 12.4lbs and strength gains thru pct is very successfull, imo.
 
Staying strong man! Awesome cycle/pct. I use glycomix morning or post workout mostly. Seems to digest slower for me than wms.
 
Empty stomach for me, my best workouts are fasted ones. You have to get accustomed to living that way I think. I was doing IF a while before I started in the early morning but my 9am Saturday's seemed better so I converted to mornings and am never going back. Carbs just make me want to sleep.

Yah we've been down this road, people who need to replenish nutrients often are about opposite to people like me. We may look similar now but I am really a fat man in a buff dudes body.

my bloods always come back low glucose, so i eat my carbs and live happy, lol....does having low glucose mean i am burning carbs faster/more efficiently?
