Hahahaha yeah that stuff has an odd taste but I'll be using it in contest prep. It filled me up and didnt bloat me and had solid pumps & energy. It was a little hard to eat though in the evening....
I just eat a carb heavy meal ~2 hours before workout

no.my bloods always come back low glucose, so i eat my carbs and live happy, lol....does having low glucose mean i am burning carbs faster/more efficiently?
