Yeah.. I've taken in just maintenance calories lately but strength and especially endurance shoots up for me too.. It's definitely where this product shines!

Ya man lifting heavier with less rest between sets. This stuff will most likely be part of my next cycle as well. I really like the idea of not having to use methyls

Your gains are that of something like superdrol. Given you can run this longer, the end results will probably be about the same. Crazy

Nice work man,I usually take very little time in between sets.A lot of times I go straight from one lift to the next.

Also hoping that due to being able to run this longer they will be easier to keep.

Ive been working on trying to make my workouts as dense as possible. Just catch my breath and keep it moving

That's exactly what I do,I usually have caught my breathe by the time I change my weight or get what I need ready, hich I do quickly anyways.Only thing I take a good minute is squats and bench.Deads of course and other major lifts when doing the but not doing deads lately.

Yup pretty much the same here except im doing deadlifts still. But the big three I will rest as much as needed wich isnt much lately.

Load and exercise determine how much rest I take. Sometimes I don't even catch my breath if it's light.

So this is a new one theres a guy doing tricep kickbacks in the squat rack with lifting straps WTF

hope I'll never see this kind of **** here....guys at my gym don't tolerate this crap

complete with knee braces, wrist sweatbands, and of course the ipod - i think some ppl actually try to look like that and go hang in the power rack, they think it's kewl or something..

anyway - hella 22.5 reps bro, very strong.

Thanks man!!! There is only 1 squat rack and 1 cage at my gym so they are prime real estate. Im going to try to get a sign that says something along the lines of "I dont squat on your preacher bench so dont do curls in my squat rack"

Let me at the fugger!!! I workout at the crack of dawn and mostly just serious people go then. We have 2 power racks and a squat rack and a smith machine with full range motion. We have a lifting platform for deads and clean too.. and it only costs me 25 bucks a month and great equipment. Lot of boneheads there later in the day though. They also have some good trainers who teach power lifts with good form... chains and all it's getting hard core in the am ...

Im jealous of your.gym especially the platform, and chains. I wish i had someone to watch my form.with all the big lifts.

Nice work, awesome on the shoulder press!

Bodybuilding.com has some really good vids of all the lifts....

The thing is I know all the lifts, im a personal trainer also, but its always good to get someone elses view on improving them. I would video my lifts and try to improve on them that way but really would like well a trainer/lifting partner at times

a lot of it is vanity, but i have mirrors all over the place in my basement gym. not only do i dig watching myself get pumped, but i can keep an eye on form. when i go to nifs[national institute for fitness and sports] it's mostly for the machines, so it's not such an issue.

off day today drove from mass to georgia so taking it easy the rest of the day, will find a gym in the morning before heading down to florida

Damn that's a long drive. Gonna be in FL? I'm in Panama City Beach. Hit ne up if you are in the area and want to throw some weights around.

Ok the form is great but you never lock out your first 3 to 5 reps but you always lock out the rest. No big deal really and it would not add any dificulty if you did. Otherwise I was extremely impressed with your form. the back position was spot on.
