Bulking like a FREAK with 1-ALPHA

Easy day today shoulder is bugging me so went light slow and deliberate reps. Still not at my home gym so workout was a lil different then i would usually do

This is where I get stoked... a sure sign that it's working like I'd hoped as if there wern't enough already...

Yah and all of it is good reading, product works just like I fortold. I admit I was optimistic when I read the profile. I just thought if this converts really well then this should happen, and it did :)
 
Ate tons of crap yesterday so I was definitly feeling it today. And my workout suffered to some extent. Shoulders bis and tris nothing big to report took it easy today trying to let my shoulder recover a bit so I can hit it hard the last 3 weeks.




Notes
* I can not ever eat enough food
* weights feel light theres no "mental block" when lifting or going to failure
* pump was crazy today
 
That's one thing when you're experiencing all these strength gains you may be prone to injury. I wonder if this would go well with 550 for joint support.

diet was on point yesterday lil under calories but not too bad 3500ish total 300/300/100

*360x20 hack squat was a PR from last workout and was relatively easy this time

If 1-Alpha is that good, who needs methylated compounds?

I let this 1-Alpha cycle decide about my future with oral steroids and prohormones.. If I like it, I may stay with this new wave of "healthier" compounds.

DW, Matty and other knowledgeable guys, feel free to check that thread I started in Anabolics section (Steroids and cholesterol) :)

Yah that's a good point this is the srongest non-methyl I have heard of so far. It actually seems to be *****ing the stronger compounds as well.

Of course there is strong progestin based prohormones (pro-dien and dien) but they come with totally different side-effects and at least pro-dien elevates liver values and skews lipids too.

The conversion seems to have a lot of the sides at a minimum but I am not sure what effect this would have concerning choleterol. My guess is that it would not be as bad as what it converts too but I am not a scientist type.

since it is non-17a methylated there is much less concern for altered cholesterol problems, and it is liver safe.
depending on your diet, blood pressure may be slightly elevated, but is typically not an issue.
majority of users consider side effects mild and very easily tolerated during cycle.

Dude, you tearing this up. Really putting this stuff to work and it is paying off big time!!

It's a big strength gain on this I used the original compound years ago and I never saw such increases the weights were just lighter it was surreal..

ya man strength is going up faster then my joints can keep up with. I have just been making the lighter weight more difficult by going slower, pausing etc

That's it,I say it all the time,you know your body best,I've had a cycle before where I had to just up the reps with a bit lower weight as my joints were terrible,but that's hard to do sometimes when it gets in your head you just wanna go!discipline is key tho!

Ya man I keep wanting to test out new 1RM but am holding back maybe before this is over still have a few weeks left.

I always,try to work my reps with as much weight and volume as possible,haven't maxed in a while,don't have a spot for 1,but I always keep in mind I'm working with reps when I go I'm not maxing every time so that number in theory means nothing to me.I hate when I get asked what I bench when I'm out just bc I look like I might work out,lol I always say a lot!i also like to hit a 1rm on all major lifts near end of each cycle tho.

I dont care much about flat bench 1rm but id like to see squat and deadlift. No spotter for me either well my wife but if I really get in a jam on bench shes not gonna be able to help much she is jacked tho LOL. I didnt do really any flat barbell benching for my whole contest prep so Im just getting back into it this last month.

I feel ya,I actually had a lot of weight on one day and took the wife down and as embarrassing as it is,I got stuck and she couldn't do nothing,lol.never again.

Haha....I gassd out completely repping out one time and weight just was sitting on my chest the wife was there but she had her headphones on and was just jammin took me forever to get her attention

Im getting more into HS stuff lately now that its available to me didnt have any at my old gym
 
Just keep the reps reasonably high. Next time you can mix in some 550.. that should help the joints keep up..

really....arimistane has givin me some issues in the past. Erase, AD3 etc...

Good point I didnt even think of that. Hmmm contest prep stack???? So many possibilities. 1-Alpha on a different diet would shred me up nicely i bet

Yeah it would, it seems impossible to gain fat with 1-Alpha, at least for me.n
