Bulking like a FREAK with 1-ALPHA

Good job on those squats!

If back pumps continues, try taking few grams of taurine PWO. Magnesium.and salt could help too.
 
I love that fact you're physique and still kill legs.

Trying to get legs like you brother!!! Having a crazy upper body is cool and all but to me its not nearly as impressive as a diesel set of legs. Especially as a competitor after the show I went to last week the guys/girls with developed legs really stand out

Im hoping it doesnt but I do have bulk taurine. I think it was from the nitrates in my pre.

How are you liking the Glycomyx? I'm going to be exclusively using that for my pre/intra. I've been so friggen hungry lately & that stuff fills me up without feeling bloated.

I like it, I just dont like how it thickens up if you let it sit too long. But your right full not bloated

Just started sitting they have the station at this gym they didnt at my last one. I like seated better i think i cheat less and can feel it more in the target muscle

Ok how do your cheat on push press ? I don't see how not using correct form would be anything but a disadvantage. Push press has put more width on my shoulders than any other lift.

I guess cheat isnt the right word. With push presses i can almost just throw the.weight up using only my legs. So i guess i get greater time under tension while seated

I have been busy all week...but remembered to point this out...Guys Push Press isn't a cheat at all :/ done properly it adds mass like crazy to the shoulders and traps like a mad man. True it is more of a explosive move and it will recruit more muscle fibers, more fast twitch , but it still helps a lot! Besides..."a stronger muscle , has the potential to be a bigger muscle"
