Hello!
I've been working out for 3 months and no supplements just plain food. I plan to star t a supplement plan to loose fat in the beginning and to get bigger muscles in second place. I'm focusing on stack to kill fat in first place. The thing is I want to make it cheap and complete and i found a good source for all the raw ingredients. I want to make my own formulation and for that i need your help.

Which ones are worth it and which ones should i drop? Please I don't want to be spending money and time in things that are not worth it.

I would start with this ones for sure:

1- Multi vitamin- optimen
2-Fish oils with high omega3
3-Whey protein
4-Creatine (which type is better?)
3- oxyellite or ec for fat burning and will just use it one cycle

which ones would you pick, add or remove?

L-Carnitine
BCAAS
flax seed oil
Fish oil
Glutamine
Calcium Pyruvate
L-arginine
beta-alanine
Coleus Forskohlii

CLA
Green Tea

Question 1: Should i take plain whey or mixed with other types of protein?
Question 2: Any product that I dropped that you think that is better to keep?
Question 3: Any advise on muscle recovery product? Do i really need one?
Question 4: Do i need any product for cortisol control?Do i need any product for thyroid?
Question 5: Do i need any product for nitric oxide?


Cmon people give me some help!

Green tea, L-Carnitine, beta-alanine, flax seed oil, BCAAS are really the only one's I'd keep in that list. CLA your not gonna notice to much with and i noticed for dosing Coleus Forskohlii the way i like to it get's to expensive.
 
Theres a lot of redundancies here:
1) BCAA's are kind of a given - I consider them an essential
2) Pick fish oil or flaxseed, one or the other no need for both. I would recommend flaxseed
3) Drop glutamine, its useless
4) Acetyl-L-Carnitine is a good option. SNS makes a quality product
5) CLA you can do if you work well with it, not necessity though
6) BA is just for tingles and pumps, not cutting
7) Hoodia, um, I dig it but to each their own

I hate OEP. I think its garbage. It killed my libido, and im not the only one to hear that from. Get a quality fat burner stack like AT2/Erase. ECA is cheap and easy too, I use it myself.

How about a GH booster like HGHUp? Or with some of these ingredients it seems like you want some pump during the lift - What about Lit Up?
 
thanks for the answers. I'm not into complete supplements made by supplement companies. OEP was a an exception but i think i will drop it out.
I want to know which ingredients work well so i can make my own stack from raw ingredients. About AT2/Erase, i dont know PES supplements very well and i don't know the chemicals in their composition. Don't you think that those kind o supplements have an impact on long term health? That is one of the reason i've never done ECA. Yeah it gets the job done but cardio and good diet will have the same effects on the long run. I'm not looking for faster alternatives I'm looking for supplements that work and improve my health otherwise i would go with steroids and cycles. I'm just discussing this subject and this is my personal opinion I hope nobody takes this as an attack to whatever supplements referred. keep the discussion up so i can make my own cutting healthy stack and then add other things on top of it if required.

flaxseed supplementation has been shown to result in a significant reduction in serum androgens
 
1- Multi vitamin- Keeper. Whichever, I like Anavite and I add Vitamin D3 also
2-Fish oils - Keeper, I buy bulk, once a year
3-Whey protein - Keeper
4-Creatine (which type is better?) - Creapure will do just fine
3- oxyellite or ec for fat burning and will just use it one cycle - I'd drop oxyelite (and any other product with 1,3)


L-Carnitine - Alcar is good for lotsa things
BCAAS - KEEPER!
flax seed oil - I'd drop this
Glutamine - Drop
Calcium Pyruvate - Drop
L-arginine - Drop
beta-alanine - KEEPER, big time, recovery, endurance and strength will thank you
Coleus Forskohlii - Never got much out of it but also never megadosed it..

CLA - I ran it for years, never noticed anything from it, never noticed anything when I dropped it.
Green Tea - it's in a lot of product, good but I wouldn't name it as a staple really.
Hoodia - Drop it

For fat loss I'd go with Lean Xtreme, no doubt, and maybe some caffeine
You can also think about adding a GDA

Basics are pretty much covered here, everything else would be goal/bodytype depending.

Plenty of good products out there..

Question 1: Should i take plain whey or mixed with other types of protein? If you want you can get Casein at night, but I is not necessary,
you can take some (good) fats with whey to slow them down, you can get protein from diary like cottage cheese.. However, if you do like me I get 10 tubs at the time, mixed flavor some of them are Whey+Casein mixed

Question 3:
Any advise on muscle recovery product? Do i really need one? BCAA, Beta Alanine and Creatine will give you all the recovery you need. If you're talking about pwo products with carbs (dextrose and such) I'd say definitely not. Especially when cutting, especially because
makes no difference. Just have a mixed meal with whey and oats pwo

Question 4: Do i need any product for cortisol control?Do i need any product for thyroid? If you *need* a cortisol control product
or not depends on your cortisol levels of course, Lean Xtreme (which I advice) happens to be a cortisol control, but you should look at it just as an effective fat loss product. Cortisol has a very important effect on fat storage and fat loss in general.

Question 5:
Do i need any product for nitric oxide? Not necessary imo, but any good prewo will most likely cover that. Lit-Up being my advice, Ultima or Pumpbol for non-stim prewo
 
Your list looks alot better now to me. I'd still throw in Green Tea just cause its a good supplement for cutting.

Did not know that. Huh, oh well. I use sesame or grape seed oil in everything.
 
this stack was not possible without your help! thanks autokal47 for the answers. any more substances/herbs that would benefit my cutting stack or overall health? test booster? mood enhancer? If there is nothing more to add to the stack i will start working on time and dosages.
 
No prob bro,
there are plenty of good products but as mentioned, I'd personally start with these
and see what works best for you and then experiment with something else *if* you feel
like you need something else or want to try something specific.

The quest of the "perfect stack" never ends, especially regarding health improvement, but
once the basics are covered is a matter of personal choices, taste, wo routine,
body stats..

I personally like GDA's for example but to each his own :)
I love Lit-Up which has DAA in a great forumla (prewo and test booster in one)
tons of good stuff out there

This choice is up to you. I like to use a blend that has both casein and whey.

Protein, BCAAs, and your stack will be enough for adequate recovery.

Nope.

You don't need one, some people like them.
 
i'm a little bit worried about DAA. Is it well researched? No side effects like stopping the body natural testosterone production? I'm 22 so do i really need a test booster?Exercise by itself should raise the test levels right? I decided not to use any pre workout formula only lean extreme for cutting and when i make my bulking stack i will reconsider the question. If i need energy will add some EC which i think is a win for cutting. The only thing that concerns me about this whole supplementation thing is the long term effects of some substances and that's why i like to stick to what is well researched. When i get this questions answered i will make the dosage planning so i can know how much will i spend per month on my cutting stack. Hopefully will have a complete stack for my need for a reasonable price. Buying bulk is the way i think because if i buy branded supps for each substance i listed the price would be quite different. Keep up the good work and i will not forget to review all the stages of my process in detail.

At 22 I don't think you need DAA. You shouldn't take it if your not comfortable with it, either.

Can l carnitine cause any neg side effects? I take 1500mg a day .. (3 pills) I'm also takkng Many other supps but I've found it hard to breath the past month :/ just wondering if anyone has any ideas? Carnitine related
 
There was a time I had that kinda thing goin on. I never figured it out because i was on so much stuff it was hard to isolate the cause.

I think it's anxiety or allergies honestly.. I'm used to supps anyway, and I have tests scheduled for heart n lung function soo well see
 
Its very possible and much more likely. Mine didnt feel like allergies and I know it wasnt anxiety, im too relaxed day to day.

Err well I don't feel anxious.. It's like "suppressed" or some psychological babble! O well! Today was the best in a while soo fugg it.
 
what do you guys think about a stack with animal cuts, glycobol, and ursobolic with taking noxpload as pre-workout and whey protein post workout.
 
can u help me with the dosages so i can star taking the supplements? Check the first post for the supplements i want to take. THANK YOU and i need some help please =S
