update-workout went by smoothly and quickly!deff.stronger and energy and aggression is at an all time high!..to tell you the truth i feel like putting in another w/o tonight!..but i dont think so..LOL..muscle's are harder and denser,vascularity is also making a stronger presence...all in all..im pleased with this compound!..still got a little less then 2-weeks left,and im going to do it up!:thumbsup:

Oh fo sho! I gotta agree with that esp after having my jaw wired shut for 8 weeks. Unless you compete or are really fat and unhealthy i really dont think you should miss out on delicious foods just cause "they arent healthy" sometimes you need to just enjoy! Cuz sometimes......."AINOKEA" hahaha

nah!..man nowaddays..i hardly go there(waikiki) unless theres a concert or something!

yeah, I'm not a big fan of tourist areas either...but the food at Tiki's is great! plus, my ex's family owns it...had many great times there!
