goodmorning gentleman!..today is rest day for me,and for good reason.im on my way to go get some breakfeast,im going to treat myself and go out to eat.heres whats for breakfeast!
3-eggs scramble brown rice,3-strips bacon,bowl of oatmeal w/raisins,large ice water,100%whey shake.(before i leave!)
supps-1-dienedrone,3-fish oils,2-milk thistles,2-multi,3-aminoacids.
mid day supps-1-dienedrone,3-fish oils,3-amino's.
rest!..day!..bay-bay!:thumbsup:
